Wow! Its been quite some time since repair services were performed for me that went smooth and under budget. The initial quote was extremely reasonable. Kevin made some adjustments finding lower cost alternatives and when he presented me with the final bill, the price was actually less. Great job, quality work and very collaborative on what needs to be done. All clean up was done to perfection. Members if you need gutter repair. These are the guys.

Kevin did a fast, efficient, professional job. He asked if I would like the leaf mold for my gardens. He bagged it up for me to use! We will definitely call him the next time our gutters need cleaning out.

I have used Kevin's services for several years now. He is professional, comes when he says he will, and always charges less than anyone else. The last time he cleaned my gutters, he called my attention to a problem with the new gutters that someone else had installed several months earlier. I was very grateful that he did so, because I never would have known about it otherwise and it could have resulted in damage to my home. My only caveat about Kevin is that he's not always so prompt about returning calls, but I feel that's a small thing to deal with considering everything else. I will continue to use Kevin's service.

They always come out when they say they'll be here and clean uo after themselves, too.

Job went extremely well. I could have gone for a discounted service as advertised in Angies List, but chose to support a business in my general area. Cost was less than the amount I had budgeted for the job. Re. the clogged downspout, I was not aware of the problem. Had I cleaned the gutter, I would not have discovered the problem. Kevin did an excellent job. Thanks to A.L. for providing the information. (My wife is grateful also, because I am not hanging from a ladder.

He is available and reliable. His pricing is fair. I live in the woods and clean out a lot of the lower gutters myself. He only charges me based on what he actually does. I am a satisfied customer. Well, after a year of not showing up and not returning 4 phone calls, I was informed that he was no longer able to do my gutters due to an injury.

I called Arrow Gutter and left a message for an estimate on replacing a single gutter on the back of my house. Kevin was very responsive and called me back in about an hour. While talking to Kevin about my gutter needs, he informed me that he typically doesn't service my area and, if I wanted him to come out to the house, he would have to do a minimum service charge. Since my needs were pretty small and the job would be quick he informed me of a local gutter supply store that I could go to for the parts and install it myself in about an hour. Since Kevin let me know where to go to get the correct parts, he is saving me well over $100 dollars on a simple $165 job. Overall my experience was great and if I happen to move to his area and need some gutters I will definitely use Arrow Gutters.

I called early and left a message on his voice mail. He returned my call within 45 minutes and told me that he could come out by 11:00 or so which was the best thing he could have said. The other companies I had called told me that I would have to wait for several days just to get an estimate. He arrived as promised with another employee. They were able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. He also examined the rest of our home and found another section was loose which he repaired as well. The only other thing that he noticed was an area of our gutters which we have had a problem with overflow when we get a hard rain. He recommended replacing that section with a wider gutter which he estimated to be about $200.00. We will probably call him when the weather gets a little warmer and have this done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing gutter work done. Very professional and courteous.

A great experience from start to finish. Kevin provided estimate--arriving exactly on time. We scheduled work to be done a week later since we were in no rush. Kevin and an assistantant arrived-again--exactly when he said they would. The work was done fairly quickly and with attention to detail. After work was completed, they cleaned up after themselves. Both gentlemen were professional and very personable. I highly recommend this company and plan to have them come back each year for routine gutter cleaning and maintenance.

When Kevin and his assistant, Chris, came to give us estimates, we were impressed to see that Chris actually got up on the roof to inspect the gutters. We had estimates from several other gutter repair companies and felt Arrow's assessment of our needs was the most accurate since it was based on close-up inspection of the gutters and fascia boards. Kevin and Chris performed the work performed the work as scheduled. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with. It turned out that one of the fascia boards that had appeared to be rotten actually turned out to be OK -- they advised us of this and deducted it from the original estimate in the final bill. We are very pleased with all aspects of Arrow's service and will surely use their services again.

I contacted Arrow Gutters to get an estimate to have a 10 foot section of gutter replaced and the downspout relocated so that it would drain away from our house. I also requested an estimate to have a downspout that was not properly aligned replaced and configured so that it would empty into a rainbarrel. While Kevin and his assistant were here I also asked about extending and burying a downspout in our front yard so that it would not need to be moved everytime we mowed the lawn. Kevin showed up exactly when he said that he would and provided me with an estimate on the spot. He indicated that he would check the schedule and let me know when he thought he could complete the job. We had a lot of rainy weather after the estimate was provided, but Kevin called when he said he would and advised as to when he would likely be out to do the work. Kevin and his assistant showed up to do the work just as he said they would. They worked efficiently and did a great job. It started to rain shortly after they completed their work, and the gutters and downspouts performed as intended. I would definately contact Kevin @ Arrow Gutters in the future if our house needs any type of gutter repair or cleaning performed. I was also very pleased that they will not hesitate to take some of the smaller jobs that other companies either refuse to do or delay the work for months because they don't deem it as profitable. Kevin and his crew were very professional and obviously take pride in their work.

A few days later we found one place that was still leaking a little and they came out and fixed that, also. I would recommend this company to anyone. We will use them again to clean out the gutters and downspouts of the cottonwood tree pods.

My housing yard was in a mess and there was no roof and it was like gutter garage. They did a lot of maintenance work. They were good as I wasn't here when they did the work. Their prices were reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a home recently in Dublin, OH and knew the gutters were in bad shape as I watched water poor out of the tops of them when this Spring rolled around. I turned to Anjie's list to find someone that could clean and repair the gutters as some of them looked loose. Kevin Eilers from Arrow Gutters lived up to all of the wonderful reports I found here. We've had about 8 days straight days of rain this season mixed with high winds, so I knew gutter-cleaning companies would be busy. Kevin had no problem squeezing me into the schedule and was on-time. He returned my phone calls promptly and was great at communicating when he would arrive. He brought one helper along. The actual work performed was cleaning and unclogging of approximately 150' of gutter with downspouts. They also re-attached the loose gutters. He also noticed that some of the downspouts had been damaged and banged up (root cause unknown) and provided a very reasonable estimate to get them replaced. The previous homeowner had also put some of the gutters on backwards so I asked for an estimate to replace those. Kevin also noted where some of the trimwork on the house already started to rot and this is a service he could perform as well. The price of service performed was very reasonable. Also, the estimates for future work that our house requires were very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Kevin at Arrow Gutters again to take care of remaining issues. I will also be calling him to get a new gutter guard system put on. In short, I was very happy with the service and experience I had with Arrow Gutters!

We had a big storm with very high winds. He was the only company that would take our little job. Our downspout was hanging off about 2 feet. I called him and he was only about 2 blocks away and he would be able to do the job right away. He got the job done that night. He also checked the roof. He inspected the rest of the downspouts and was very knowledgeable. He was very clean and otherwise you wouldn't have known he was there.

The service was excellent. I have worked with Kevin since 1999 and he does a great job. Very trustworthy and responsible.

The guy who came out to get the work done was really nice. He didn’t charge me the full price. He was really good. He came out the next day itself after I called him. So his punctuality was really good. I would use his services in the future too.

He called me back within 24 hours of my receiving my message. He came out the next week, and did the job well and for a good price. I will use Arrow Gutters again.

I have used Kevin since 1999. Their customer is a priority. He is trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable and always does a good job.

He came out promptly to give an estimate, and returned less than a week later with samples to match the gutters. He completed the work the next day, and we are very pleased. Cutting the drain pipe for the rainbarrel fit was additional work to what he usually does, but he did a very nice job. I asked him to inspect the remaining gutters to see if any others needed repair or replacement, and he reported that everything looked good and no further work would be necessary, which made me feel he was honest. He also cleaned a clogged gutter during the initial estimate, but did not charge us for that.
