Accurate Plumbing

Very badly. They were supposed to come between 2 and 4. I waited and no one showed. I called to see if I should wait or reschedule and the office was closed. Left a message and no one called back. At 4:30 someone finally showed up. He looked at the drain, told me what we needed and said he couldn't fix it because he wasn't certified. So I waited for the entire afternoon on someone that was late and when he showed up wasn't even trained to fix it. We had given detailed information about the leak beforehand and he said he knew nothing. This is the second incident we have had with them either not showing up or not showing up on time.

Fantastic! I called Accurate on short notice, and recognizing that my job was small, they were able to fit me in the same day. The repair was completed swiftly and without issue.

Very professional work. Highly impressed. My shower had a leak through the valve and was dripping on and off. Had a handyman to try to fix it. He did stop the leak, but the leak came back in a few weeks. Also, a new problem developed right after the work by the handyman. There was a water hammer problem, making knocking noise when water flow was turned off elsewhere. I called the handyman back to point out the problem. He said it's beyond his capability. Had a plumber come to assess the problem. Was told that water hammer may be very difficult to eliminate, even after spending thousands of dollars. He recommended that we do nothing, to see if the problem will go away by itself. I was charged $38 for the diagnosis. Then I had Mike Jr of Accurate Plumbing to try to solve the problems again. He was quiet, giving little introduction to himself or the company. But he was good at fixing the problems. Within an hour, both problems were fixed. I waited for ~1.5 weeks to write this review, just to make sure that the problems did not come back. They didn't, and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend Accurate Plumbing.

My original understanding was they were going to replace these three and it did end up costing me so that's what I am basing it on. They kid that came was friendly, he talked to us and he was a younger gentleman and that was good in his presentation. It was just the fact that we ended up paying for this part that I think should have been included the first time round.

Good service no complaints at all only is little expensive for that type of work.

Flawlessly. Gave me the best price by a long shot. Did not up charge me for already having a replacement disposal. Quick response, on-time for the appointment, did the job in under 30 minutes. I love these guys.

What was amazing was the promptness. I called them at 930 am on a friday morning. They had someone at my door at 10, and he was done by 1030. Job was well done too. Truly blown away.

My faucet sprung kind of a "spraying leak" on Thurs am...I called Accurate in the afternoon and they were scheduling for next Tues. I said thanks but I was hoping for sooner...so Tom said to hold on, came back and said they could be there tomorrow (Friday) between 2-4 but not to get mad at him if it was closer to 4 (why would I get mad he was doing me a favor!) Anyway, Friday came and at 4:30 I hadn't heard anything so I called, they said someone would be there in 15 minutes...Joe came, walked in, installed the faucet very quickly and efficiently! Really nicely done from start to finish and I appreciate them coming the next day.

Absolutely great service and quick response. Careful with my hardwood floors and cleaned up completely when finished. Will use them again and would recommend them.

Service from start to finish went very well. My first interaction at Accurate was with Mike Young in the office. Mike was very kind and very understanding of our issue. Rather than try to sell us a new water heater due to the age of our current heater, Mike had a good idea what was occurring (based on his historical knowledge of AO Smith water heaters) and made arrangements, without hesitation, for Mike Newman to come to our house later the same day to check it out . Mike Newman arrived when expected. He immediately got to work and was able to resolve our issue by disassembling and cleaning the burner assembly in the heater. Needless to say, we were very happy to be going into a long holiday weekend with hot water restored in our house. Like Mike Young, we also found Mike Newman to be very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with both Mike Young and Mike Newman. Their combined efforts and emphasis on good customer service have now given us more time to make an informed, rather than rushed, decision about replacing our older water heater in the not so distant future. Initially I scheduled with another company but would have had to wait about a week for repair and faucet was dripping a lot. Accurate Plumbing could do the job the next day. Jim S. was the plumber. He was prompt, considerate, knowledgeable, and efficient.

This is quite a long story, but I'll be basically sum it up quickly for those who don't want to read. A bunch of company's tried to screw me over through pricing and did screw me over by just not doing the job. After going through some h*** with this project, Accurate plumbing offered different solutions for a very reasonable price and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them. Here's my story: Over the summer, I started getting very low hot water flow to my main bathroom. I had galvanized pipes running from my main water supply to the main bathroom (everything else was copper), and it was obvious to me they hadn't been replaced since the house was built in the 1950's. They needed to be replaced. I Initially had two company's out to look at the job. My house is on a slab, and the galvanized pies ran under it through the crawl space. Both suggested replacing the galvanized lines in the crawl space with PEX, which seemed reasonable. The first one (the service people) went under, took a look and quoted $2800. The second (eco-plumbers) went under, took a look and quoted $1,000. So I went with Eco-Plumbers. Two different people from the guy who did the estimate came out a week later. About two hours in I got a call saying something was preventing them from getting to the main bathroom in the crawl space and they wouldn't be able to do it. Personally, I just don't think these two new guys wanted to do the job, because I'd heard nothing about this from the two other guys who want in the crawl space to give me an estimate. Anyway, they said I'd need to hire a contractor and get an access point cut in the bathroom for them to do the job, which would have added a substantial amount of time and hassle to the job. They had no suggestions on a contractor. They also did something that caused my toilet to keep over-flowing in the tank. I had to just shut the toilet valve off because it wouldn't stop, and they offered no solutions for it when I told them about it. I decided to get a few more companies out to quote the job. Accurate plumbing was one. They offered me a very reasonable price on a CPVC piping, and said they could just do it by going off my waterlines in the laundry room and through the house. They would then just cap the galvanized lines under the slab so we wouldn't need to go under the house. We were able to schedule the job within a couple of weeks (thanksgiving was in between or it would have been sooner). Jim came out (same guy who did the estimate) and had the job done in a day. I was able to go to work while he did the job and he took all the payment details down before I left so I wouldn't have to come back. I came home, and had the first warm shower in 2 months with brilliant pressure. AND on top of all of that, my toilet was no longer over-flowing. No additional charge for fixing that. Great guys, and I'll now use them for all my plumbing needs.

I've used them multiple times so I must like them. I'm going to use them again. They're easy to deal with. The plumbers that I've always gotten are really good plumbers. They do really good work and plumbers aren't cheap. They list what their prices are and they get it. Their stuff works whenever they leave and they guarantee it for whatever period of time it is. I haven't had any problems with them and they do what I ask them to do. I can talk to the plumber. The first thing they did was they reconfigured my hot water tank, then they redid the hot water tank and redid all the plumbing around in my basement area. Before that, I had them redo a gas line in the middle of the basement so that it was up in this eye beam. Third thing was I had them reconfigured my hot water meter so that it ran to the wall so that you couldn't see it, the plumbing part of it.

Steamist, the manufacturer, said that it no longer repaired steam generators as old as ours (15 years). Contacted Accurate Plumbers they showed up as scheduled, checked out the unit and completed the repair in one hour. Working great. Total parts and labor $206. Great service. Strongly recommend them.

We called Accurate Plumbing to set up a time to come out and give us a price on installing a gas line for a gas range on Friday. After a misunderstanding between Accurate's dispatcher and the serviceman they didn't make it Friday. They came first thing on Monday and quoted us a fair price. Joe came on Tuesday and installed the gas line in a professional manner. The work was good and Joe was courteous and did a good job. I will use Accurate Plumbing again if I need to.

Went well. There was a issue with a damage to countertop..But they made it right and fully supported their service and customer satisfaction. I think its rare to have a company stand behind their work and make things right. I recomend this company

It went well. It took them a few hours with just one worker. They are pretty easy to schedule with. The guy who comes out is friendly and nice. He is also very helpful and willing to discuss projects. I would tell friends and family to expect that they would really like him!

This company did a great job. Very courteous and accommodating. Mike was the plumber who did the work and he is great. I was pleased with the price which also included most of the plumbing fixtures- tub, toilet etc.

The plumber showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and the price was very reasonable. I have used Accurate before and will continue to use them.

Absolutely thrilled with the level of service & professionalism. Called one day and appointment was scheduled for the next. Appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11. He showed up a 8:45. We had a number of plumbing tasks that we needed addressed. He completed all the work in a couple hours. This was one of those times where you are very thankful for the experts. The work was quite reasonably priced. He cleaned up after completing all the requested tasks. Definitely will call on this company again in the future!

Tried to fix old faucet, wad unable and replaced with a new one I had purchased.

This is the third time we have used Accurate Plumbing, and we will absolutely use them again. While the plumber was waiting for PVC glue to dry, he took the time to troubleshoot our gas fireplace and got it working again. Bonus!

Their plumber, Jim, did a great job installing everything. He was very detail oriented and did a very high quality job.
