This project went off without a hitch. I called Accurate Plumbing on a Monday, bought the tank ourselves on a Tuesday, and they were out Thursday to install. From start to finish, the job took about 90 minutes and the area was cleaned up nicely before they left. Great experience. Would highly recommend. Thanks to Greg, filling in for Service Manager, Mike, for his quick replies and fair quote. Thanks to Justin, the lead installer, and his apprentice, Logan, for their professionalism and quality install. You were all such a pleasure with which to work. I was super impressed with Accurate Plumbing. We noticed our hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. I left a message through their website, because it was Sunday and figured no one would be around. Within 30 minutes someone called me back! He was very honest with me and told me that considering the age and where the leak was it was more than likely going to need to be replaced. When the plumbers arrived right on time. I neglected to mention I needed a drip pan due to the basement being finished after the current water heater was found. They went to the nearest hardware store and bought one, so they could still complete the job without complaint. The initial cold water shut off valve was a PVC ball valve that was frozen. Without me even asking they installed a metal lever shut off valve, so I could turn off the cold water input when needed. I would highly recommend this company.

A call to a plumbing company 9 of 10 times is an emergency. I called Accurate at 8:00am, explained my problem, spoke with Mike and my service was scheduled for 1pm. I had called other companies and best they could do was 24 hours. Mike called at 11:00am to ask if Dale could show up inn30 minutes. Dale was efficient, cordial and was able to fix the problem. However there was a secondary an unexpected issue and he was able to overcome as well. Stay until complete resolution was achieved. They might not be a big corporate outfit but what you want if professionalism and honesty. Accurate has it thanks Mike and Dale.

Mike was very helpful in getting the work done the day that I called. Our old sump pump ran a lot so we needed one asap and Mike delivered for us.

Excellent. He replaced the parts the were the problem and the toilet has worked properly ever since. I'll hire them again :-).

It went great! They sent a plumber to my house the day after my call. Bill, called me about ten minutes before he arrived and said he would be here in a few minutes. I showed him the dripping water in my basement. He accurately identified the source of the leak quickly (a broken line to my ice maker), and repaired it. Since the line was between the floor of my kitchen and the ceiling of the basement, it wasn't readily visible to me. He replaced the line (without disturbing the kitchen floor or the basement ceiling) to the refrigerator which fixed the leak. The total bill was $127.. After 16 years of living in Hilliard I think I have finally found a plumber that knows what he is doing and can be trusted!

Jim did a great job and was friendly, explain everything. Would definitely use Accurate Plumbing again.

After having another plumbing company provide an estimate, where they tried to hard sell a replacement of my current tank water heater with a tankless ($4K), I thankfully decided to call Accurate for a second opinion. They came out promptly and said the current water heater is fine but I do need to replace the expansion tank for a total of $150. Very honest and professional team who will be my go to on any future needs.

I was very happy with the gentleman who came out. He was on time, professional, polite, and honest. We paid $165 which was a lot lower then most of the places when i called to just get an idea of the cost. That was with the new nozzle. he also checked our back nozzle out and said we did not need to update.

I called early on Monday morning and was told that although they were booked out for a week they would do what they could to get it repaired that day. Within an hour I received a call telling me the tech would arrive within the hour. The tech that arrived was polite, courteous and very personable. He found the problem immediately and had it fixed in a few minutes. He also looked at a bathroom upstairs and gave me a rough estimate as to what it would cost to remodel it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others! The price paid was reasonable and gave me piece of mind that no more water damage would be done.

He quickly determined that it did not appear to be leaking. I had him replace the wax ring to be safe. He did the job quickly and was very neat and professional.

Fixed the toilet stoppages and showed us how we could easily fix the bathroom sink (he did not have the necessary to fix it himself).

They did a great job. Their really responsive and the plumber was really knowledgeable. They did a great job and did exceatly what we needed them to do.

It took 3 visits because first plumber used a delta part that was very similar to proper part, but not exactly the same. Company sent out other technicians promptly, who solved problem and fixed leak with no additional charges

We have two water tanks because my daughter and son-in-law live with me. They have one of those tubs, so that's why they put in originally two water tanks. They found that it was ok. What happened was that the gas one was full, so when my son-in-law went down there and tried to turn it on, it was full, not because it wasn't lit. They're very nice. They didn't charge me the max that they charge for a call. They've been out for me for a couple of other things. I ended up having a link in my roofing and they said what they recommended. And sure enough I had another guy come out to do the roofing, just the part of it, and that stopped the leakage. They are very responsive to me. I've had them not charge me when something wasn't wrong, they've charged me less. The pricing and diagnosis have been right on.

Long time customer here. Short story -- There is neither ACCURACY, nor Quality in their work. I started hired them around early 2016. They charged $20 per trip and $80/hour, and their arrival window was so wide and erratic that you need someone at home constantly. If there is no adult working at home or if you have to take time off, Good Luck. Here are the list of disappointing events. Note that, for each issue below, Accurate Plumbing has to make 3 trips! 1) There was a cluster of multiple leaks on my kitchen ceiling. 1st trip, the plumber fixed the shower head directly above the leak. Days later, still leak but at a smaller amount, the 2nd plumber Jim came at Same Day of leakage. He used a HAMMER to WHACK open my kitchen ceiling, giving excuse that he was not allowed to use knife cutter to do a better job! Worse, Jim could NOT identify the root cause of leak!!! So he left hurriedly and in shame! 3rd plumber, Mike came and did some work to my shower tub, and suggested maybe we look into possible roof leakage. 2) Months later, I had a different spot of leak at top of my dining room. As Accurate Plumbing was a couple days out, I hired Eco Plumbers who came right on time next day, and use knife to nicely cut out my ceiling in 2 steps to identify the exact location of leak -- copper pipe corroded. He charged diagnostic fees of $90, but we did not proceed with full fix. Jim of Accurate Plumbing came next day, fixed the leak. However, a few hours later, I could still see water slowly dripping out!!! Mike of Accurate Plumbing came for the 2nd trip, but after that, there was still water very slowly seeping out. Mike came for the 3rd trip, explained that the copper pipe he used had uneven surfaces that caused the new connection to be loosen. 3) My 1st floor toilet was leaking, as I can see from the hardwood at the base of the toilet bowl. Mike of Accurate Plumbing came 1st time, change the wax ring. 2 months later, it appeared again. Mike came 2nd trip, put in another new wax ring, but alerted me he was not sure about the leak, with possibility that the bowl could have hairline crack somewhere that he could not see. Another 2 months later, same leak again at the EXACT same location. Mike came for the 3rd trip, and don't even bother to take apart the Toilet to confirm, just stated we have to buy new Toilet. Accurate Plumbing proceed to give me a quote with $350 as the minimum option to replace the Toilet, or charging me $140 for labor + accessories if I were to buy my own toilet. I asked for discount, considering all the time we wasted on mis-diagnosed and waiting for their arrival. No, Accurate Plumbing won't budge on any discount, telling me they have been doing a GREAT JOB at CHEAPEST RATE!! I gave a call to Drain Doctor (Tommy), and his labor + parts cost only $100! And I never looked back. Summary -- there is No Accuracy, No Quality, No Punctuality, and No Shame in their work. No, No, No, and NO. Don't get fooled by their name. Do you guys think I should SUE Accurate Plumbing, esp Jim, for breaking my beloved kitchen ceiling and yet could not even identify the root cause of leak in (1) above?! He also lied about laws prohibiting him to use knife to cut open ceiling, but Eco Plumbers did that anyway.

Easy to deal with, and reasonable prices.
