Description of Work: Our water heater quit working and we decided to replace it (after continued issues with it in recent months). We called Buckeye-who originally installed it, but they said they couldn't do the job because we are in Union Co. They recommended Accurate, and after checking AL, we called them. They came out the next day. The techs were professional and worked quickly to remove our old one and install our new hot water heater.

Description of Work: This company was recommended to me by my neighbor. I called them to correct a faulty toilet. They were informative and helpful, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: They installed a recirculating pump under bathroom sink furthest from hot water heater in order to eliminate long wait for hot water. Installation and on-going results were successful.

Description of Work: My water heater went out over a weekend. Accurate took my call and talked to me about my options, while others did not return my call. The work was done well and the installers were very nice and professional.

Description of Work: I needed a faucet repaired. It was difficult to remove the faucet to get to the problem. He was able to do so and did the least expensive repair, hoping that would fix the problem. It did not fix the problem but I appreciated that he did not jump to the most expensive solution first

Description of Work: Loved working with Accurate Plumbing. Straight forward on prices and even helped with a couple smaller projects while they were here. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I'll never use this company. Called them for emergency service for bad sump pump. They said "Mike" would call. After 2 calls back to them, Mike finally did call - he was not communicating clearly. He then said he would have a guy call me and see if he could come out. I told Mike "I was told you would be the guy coming out." He hem-hawed around and then said he was working on another job but he would try to make it out. He then asked me what kind of sump pump it was and I told him it was a Flo-Tec. He said he had never heard of it and that it was probably some kind of retail sump pump. I told him that it was a well-known (and expensive) sump pump company. Now, his company had already quoted me $212. for the first hour, and I believe about $33 for every 15 minutes after that. Mike said it would be $400 to install a sump pump if we would go buy one. I'm thinking, that's like 3 hours of service, and a sump pump only takes about half an hour to install at the most. I told him to forget it. I did not like his attitude, his beating around the bush, his coming up with excuses, or his price. The third plumber we reached for the evening was wonderful, and he quoted us $350 INCLUDING the sump pump, to come out on an emergency basis and install the pump. Accurate Plumbing falls into the category in my book, of plumbers who think they are some kind of genius saviors, when in fact, they are just trying to jack us around on price. We will stick with the 3rd plumber we called, and I would give their name, but I'm afraid this plumber is such a good find, I hesitate to share them with anyone! Imagine, a plumbing company who has human beings working for them who doesn't stick it to you on price! Unheard of!

Description of Work: WE NEEDED OUR SUMP PUMP FIXED. THEY CAME OUT AND SAW A QUICK FIX. THEY OFFERED TO FIT A NEW PUMP OR SHOW US A FIX WE COULD DO - PUMP WAS OK, FLOAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, NO CHARGE AND A VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
