Ordered the service over the phone and was told for 1/8th of a truck it would cost $128 for removal of construction debris(windows/sliding glass door) from my home. When the truck got to my home, I was told they could take 2 windows and the sliding glass door for $128 but no more. I told them that was a rip off. They then said they would take 2 more windows. Again I told them it was a rip off but told them to take the largest windows since I could not fit them in my garbage can. Eventually they agreed to take all the windows which tool up less than 1/8th of their truck. Obviously they are out to cheat every customer and automatically try to charge them for more. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

They wanted a lot of extra costs due to my location. Otherwise they called me right away and were very polite.

The gentleman was very pleasant, but surprised when I gave him my address as very far. He was going to come and give cost, but I sent him photo of small pile and he called me back with estimate of $128 additional fees, which I just don't have and that is extremely high for such a small pile. The cost without Angie's List would have been $268. He said he would have to call Angie's List and try to find out how to refund my money. I decided to go ahead and call and give it a try to refund also. Very responsive and professional to deal with.

The 2 guys that came to our house were professional, wore boot covers and were careful not to sing our walls or nick our wood floors!

They did a good job and I would use them again. They cleaned up perfectly! They finished the job in about two hours and I'd recommend them.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went fantastic. The purchase amount was for $50; the total cost was $123. I liked the professionalism of the drivers even though they were hauling junk. They were very polite with how they introduced themselves, how they respected our property and they got the stuff out fast. They were very quick and thorough. The price was a little high. It actually surprised me how courteous and professional they were even though they were hauling junk. It really made an impression upon me.

i had a $50.00 for $100.00 coupon from Angie's List. The men who came here saw what I had to remove and were showing me where my pricing may be. It was more than I expected so I took carpet removal off the list. They were very polite and knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend them.

We torn down our deck (treated wood) and need it gone. We don't have vehicle to take it to disposal site and the bulk pickup wouldn't take it because they considered to be construction material. I saw that Angie's List got $100 worth of work coupon for this place for $50 so I purchased it. I called to have them come out and estimate and they gave use $228 quote. However some wood pieces are longer than 10 feet which is their limit size. They would cut them for us for $100 additional. I didn't budget for it and ask for them to come back after we cut them. The representative remember to call and remind me and made appointment very next week. They are very prompt and customer service was very good. Two guys came and pick up the wood (Bernard and I can't remember another one). They were done in 20 minutes and work very hard non stop. They were polite, give quote, and started working when I agree on the price quote after the coupon ($228-$100 = $128 for 1/6 of the truck load) so this came down to about $178 for us considering I paid $50 for the $100 coupon. I wish the pricing would be cheaper but it is what it is. I was happy with their customer service and their work.

They pulled the dryer out of the basement, they were pleasant and easy to work with. It's also nice because they would also remove things from any location in the house.

They were wonderful workers. They worked quickly, efficiently. They were very easy people to have around and were very accommodating. They did a lot of work in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend them. Nate was a great guy who came on time to give me an estimate.

What's to say. They won't take everything. Their base price doesn't cover much. We had to pay extra. They did a good job of taking what they did take.

I first used this company last November, when I had a very large job of cleaning out my basement. I was blown away by the efficiency, friendly workers, punctuality, and cost. I couldn't have been more thrilled. That very day, I decided that I wanted them to come back and take care of my garage when I could get it in better shape. That day was today. I made the appointment on line earlier this week, and they had tons of availability. Today they came, perfectly on time. They were super fast and efficient. The two guys that came were very courteous and friendly, even asking if I needed anything else done while they were here. In this day and age of substandard service, I cannot say enough good things about my two experiences with this company. They are and will be my go-to company any time I need things hauled away. I also rave about them to my family and friends. Great work guys!!

Easy to schedule on-line. Had follow-up call to confirm. Call 15 min. before arrival. Very friendly and professional. Job done quickly. Only thing, for single items, no cost given until they arrive. Very expensive, but at least it is done. I'd use them again, but for volume hauls.

Mitch & Nick were very friendly and made sure to be careful. They had covers over their shoes protecting our home that we just sold. The time frame they gave me was from 1-3pm...they called me around 12:15 and told me they would be here in 30 minutes or so. They arrived at 12:45pm! That was great. I wish Time Warner could take some lessons from this company! They did what they needed to do and did it well. I would use them again for sure! **Thumbs Way Up!**

We had a lot of heavy stuff that we needed removed. They loaded everything up in about an hour, and hauled it all away. When I set up the appointment, the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a time frame for when they would be here, and called me before they came.

The men arrived promptly and were extremely friendly and professional. They worked nonstop for several hours carrying things up the stairs and out to the truck.By the time they were finished the truck was overflowing.

When they came to house, I showed them the items that I wanted them to remove for me. They gave me an estimate based on how much space my stuff would take up in their truck. I also was able to use a 15 dollar off coupon. They had my items removed in no time.

This was a very large task and they worked non-stop (no even stopping for lunch). They did not take any breaks and worked nonstop from about 8:00 am to 5pm. There were some very large for them to take and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and we were impressed. I would definitely hire them again

Scheduled the haul fast, they cleaned out the junk fast, and they were very professional.

My late father was a hoarder, and his house was an absolute mess of squalor, mice, rotting food, and junk. Service Techs Charles, David and Bernie, all said it was the worst mess they had ever encountered; nonetheless, they put on their hazmat outfits and proceeded to do a great job. It took 2 visits, some 12 hours, and seven truckloads of trash to finally get it all out. I felt the price was reasonable, considering the daunting scope and difficulty of the job. They carried out all the trash/junk, and loaded it onto their trucks for removal. They did so with professionalism and very good humor about the situation. Also impressive was franchise owner Joe, who answered my call personally, and was able to arrange the crew for me the very next morning after my request.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment on their website. Received a phone confirmation quickly. The workers were professional and did a great job.

The two guys that came (Charles and Matt) were top notch in every way. Super friendly, very fast and efficient, and very safe. They cleared out the entire basement in under an hour. At least 30 trips up and down the stairs for each guy. Some of the stuff was dirty or had water damage, some was just plain awkward or broken. They did the entire job with determination and a smile on their faces. This was a HUGE sense of relief for my family to have the basement cleared out. It looks fantastic. I will have NO hesitation to refer them or have them come to my house again. Not a single complaint.

had an appointment for 12pm to 2pm to pick up tv. 2pm I called customer service they called the driver and relayed they would be there in 20 minutes. 3:05pm still no show called again they could not get in touch with driver but said they should be there in a few minutes. Did not show. I called the next day customer service said they were here at 2pm which they were not. Then they confirmed my address for the first time and said they had the wrong address. After being very stern with customer service they offered to do the job for free. This time they showed up on time and did the job. I questioned why they did not confirm my address the 2 times I called they had no answer. The only reason I kept them because it was free I wasted 3hrs of vaction time from work.
