These guys worked so hard. They worked for an hour trying to get this beast of an all-in-one washer dryer out of my condo. Took some serious troubleshooting but they got it and it didn’t cost any more than they originally quoted me. It was more expensive than I expected but for the work it took to get it done it was well deserved. They also wore their masks and kept 6 ft distance the whole time. And they were very polite and were able to come earlier than my scheduled time. Will definitely consider this company for any future hauling needs.

Two associates came on time and efficiently brought up a lot material--some of it quite heavy. They even broke down an exercise devise so it could get through the dollar. They did an excellent job.

It went amazing! After another company had bailed on me, I called 1-800-JUNK on a Saturday and they were at my house within an hour. Their price was a little high, but they were absolutely wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.

I could not have asked more friendly and courteous people. My mom recently passed and I needed A LOT of stuff hauled away. Moved lots of heavy items and small items. Will use again. Made a very difficult time in my life much easier.

They gave us a call and told us when they would be there. They also called when they were on the way to our home. When the company arrived, they got the work performed quickly and efficiently. They also removed some unwanted things that we had in our home that I had not put in the initial request but needed to have taken away also. They also used booties on their shoes so they did not get my home dirty. They also cleaned up after they were done. I cannot sing the praises of this company any higher. I also like that they try to recycle the chain link fence that they took from us. They are Eco friendly and that's very nice.

Rob and Kevin were great. Called ahead to let me know their ETA. They stayed on task in each room and listened intently to what was to go and what stayed. Two rooms of STUFF overwhelmed me, but they tackled everything so quickly, I wondered why I hadn't called them sooner! I am giddy with empty space I have!!! I will use 1-800-Got-Junk again whenever I need to make space in my home and ask for Rob and Kevin.

They arrived on time, wore shoe coverings to protect the carpet, and quickly removed everything requested. Very professional.

hey went great! At around 9 a.m. I entered a request for service online and my appointment went to was from 12 - 2. I got a phone call from one of the guys on the truck around 9:15, saying that they were in the area and activate could stop by now instead of later. this was fine with me and they should up about 5 minutes later. 20 minutes after I made the initial online request, I had a truck into guys ready to move the couch. they were both professional and very courteous (Eric and Victor). I hired professional movers when we moved into her home and this piece was one that they movers absolutely hated! Eric and Victor had the couch out of my house and loaded in about 15 minutes. All said and done, I was charged a flat rate of $178 in the entire job was done within 1 hour of me clicking a button. I would not hesitate to use them again and the future.

The two men who came were very organized and removed things in a logical order. They took care to not harm other things when removing the items marked as junk. They were also very friendly to work with. They made this experience, of parting with items I have had for so many years, much easier, and I appreciate that.

Mike and Chris arrived punctually and were very polite and cheerful. They worked quickly, gladly accepted all items identified, including a few last-minute additions, were careful not to damage anything, and completed the activity in good time. They filled approximately 1/3 of their truck with our discarded items, which included a sofa, two window air conditioners, several grills, numerous chairs, a mower, etc.

They were punctual, they removed what I asked, towards the end of the job I inspected trim work, walls etc, as they did remove items from the attic. Upon looking, I found the banister had a piece of trim broken, scraped up and down, I found more trim scraped as I went to the attic, a total of 11 places scraped, dented or broken.... I talk with Shannon the manager I was told. I explained the house is being sold and buyers expect the house to be as when they bought it, the house is not and it’s their workers who caused the damage, he offered $150 off and I advised my time is more valuable since the house was just painted, and the trim work needs to be replaced. He said he couldn’t go above $150 without going to corporate but 5 minutes later he went up to $200 off, so lied to me. I told him I would wait until he found out about a higher discount and when he got back with me I would pay. That’s when he went up to $200 discount, and see if he could get more. I told him he’s blowing smoke up my butt, I’m not a happy customer, and I know he would not contact me with more of a discount after I paid today . He lied once so we will see if they actually keep their word Over all experience was below average. I expect when ever you hire someone to work for you that they leave your house the same or better before they got there, this company left my house in worse condition from when they arrived, and that’s unacceptable. They should give a $400 discount, apologize for all the inconvenience. Or they can hire a contractor to fix banister, a paint to paint, and apologize I could of hired high school kids to carry stuff out and damage my walls/trim and break a piece This was the 3 rd time I’ve used them and it seem as if the service is getting worse each time, may have 2nd thoughts next time and go with someone else

Trash and junk removal went great! Ralph and Jacob S. were friendly, professional, punctual, and efficient. They amazed us with their speed, hard work, and great clean up of area. We were preparing to move and needed some assistance. I will definitely hire again, probably very soon!

Not cheap but super easy and super friendly,, very professional guys who cleaned up after themselves and were always willing to follow me around to find more junk to remove since once we started, I wanted to do more and more.
