Description of Work: I had this company clean out a garage filled with many different heavy and lightweight items. They did a great job and were very personable. The price however was very high in my opinion and they quoted me even higher but gave me a discount closer to my expectations.

Description of Work: They called twice to confirm and give me an arrival time. They showed up on time and were very professional in all aspects of their work.

Description of Work: The gentlement hauled out remodeling materials from the house and took them away. I misunderstood the cost of their services; however the gentleman worked with me and we came to a satisfactory agreement. I cannot remember the exact cost or exact date services were performed.

Description of Work: They were prompt, ahead of schedule and quick to load the few items we needed hauled away. Very professional in appearance and conduct. Only issue we had was not expecting that there was going to be an up charge after the $50 orig fee. We only had three or four items and didn't understand that the space used on the vehicle was part of the fee total. |(this was our first contract hauling away junk) Provider explained the fee and kept the total at the minimum since it was a small load. There also was a snag in the credit card processing but the Company handled the problem without delay and to our full satisfaction. |Without delay and to our full satisfaction.

Description of Work: Had roughly 6- 6 ft sections of old wooden fencing and a couple of posts that had been ripped out, that needed to be removed. Was shocked when they arrived and showed me what the charge was going to be. My big deal purchase was a mere drop in the bucket compared to what I still owed, for what I considered to be a pretty small job. My only prior experience was with a small private junk hauler, who was very reasonably priced, and for a much larger hauling job than this one. That being said, when I expressed my concern and disappointment in their pricing structure compared to my other experience, they generously offered to deeply discount their regular price for this job. While I was very appreciative of this kind gesture, knowing what to expect in the future specific to their price structure, I will likely go back to using my private independent resource. In spite of that I absolutely have to give them strong marks for their professionalism and customer service.

Description of Work: These guys hauled away old furniture and junk from a property we purchased. They were very nice and courteous. We had a scheduled appointment time, and they had to call to let me know that they were running late due to another job, but at least they called! I really appreciated this and felt they were trying their best to get out to our place. I will use them again! It just seems expensive to haul away junk!

Description of Work: We bought a coupon for the pickup of an old upright piano we had in the garage. We weren't sure they would pick it up for the coupon we had but the two men arrived and happily agreed to haul it away and they did so quickly, with no problem, in less than 5 minutes. Happy customer :-)

Description of Work: We purchased this offer from Angieslist, and were very pleased. They hauled a number of large items from our garage and basement. Very reasonable price, very polite, punctual. Would definitely use again.
