It went very well. They arrived when they said. Loaded the junk and swept the garage where the junk was located.

They called ahead to get a better understanding of how much truck space they would need. Arrived on time. We're very polite and efficient.

They showed up same day as the call was made. Originally quoted the two hour window of 12P 2P for arrival and was able to arrive around 9A. The took care of everything we needed removed. Everyone we interacted with were extremely courteous and polite.

From the moment the phone call was placed on a Thursday afternoon, the entire process went very well. I spoke to the owner, (Joe Gillotti) and he explained exactly how his services worked. He gave me a window the following morning of 8-10 AM (with no obligation if I didn't like the final estimate) and his crew arrived shortly after 8 AM on Friday morning. They were very professionally dressed with company logo shirts and they were both very polite. He explained their tiered system based on the volume of my load and after I agreed on their price they promptly started loading everything. I felt like the original estimate was very close to the final cost which increased slightly because I found more items then originally discussed to haul away. I also really like the idea that they try to recycle as much as possible vs. tossing everything in a landfill.

On time, done in full. Three trucks full in fact.

This company is fast, professional, efficient, courteous, and contentious. We had things to remove on three levels. They came in, gave an estimate, and got it done fast! They cleaned up too! And they did everything without damaging walls or floors! Amazing! Their prices are similar to dumpster services but they do they work too! Win-win in my book!

We were so impressed with this company. I called in the afternoon and they came out the next morning. Customer service gave me lots of options for taking the tv away. I was told the driver would call me in the morning when they were on their way. He called the night before to introduce himself then again the morning. When he got here they were very friendly, undaunted by our large dogs who wanted to play. They were happy to be working and told us how they like the company they work for and what they do with the "junk". My husband, who doesn't like any service people, said this is his new company and we should find some junk to get rid of.

I was able to easily schedule online. I received a call within an hour to confirm the project, and had a small two hour window for the service. On the day of service, I received a call 20 minutes before they arrived, which was at the beginning of the time window. The two workers were very professional and nice and worked quickly to have the items removed and an entire truck filled within 30 minutes.

I called and made an appointment with the company. The driver was delayed, but called to let me know the situation. He arrived punctually at the rescheduled time, gave me a price, and loaded everything into the truck. I suspect there are companies that would have done this work for less money, but, given their promptness and professionalism, and the convenience of their service, the price I paid was more than fair.

I scheduled the appointment for a 9:30-11:30 am window on a Sunday, to have them pick up items from my mother's former assisted living facility; they called the night before to confirm, which was great; and they called at 9:30 on the morning of the pickup to say they would arrive in 40 minutes. That was all good. Except they didn't show up. At 11:00 am, I called *them* to find out what was going on. They were at a gas station, and there was an issue with their truck, but I was their next stop. I waited until 12:30 and left (I live in another city). I received a phone call at 1:30 saying they were there. I did not feel comfortable giving my credit card number over the phone, but the driver needed payment before picking up the items, so I said I would call to reschedule. They said they would note that I should receive a discount because they were so late. The driver said the cost for picking up these 3 items was $178. I hadn't received an estimate (my fault), so I was a bit surprised that each item cost $60 to haul away, but with a discount he thought it would be around $140-145. I called the next morning and the representative said my appointment had already been rescheduled (?!) and to meet the driver there. This was impossible as I live in another city and told this to the drivers the day before. He also said he could not give me a discount, that I would need to "work it out" with the drivers. I ended up canceling the entire enterprise. It seemed to be a case of the left hand not talking to the right hand. I also would have appreciated a phone call, letting me know that they would be so late. I had to call them. That's not good customer service.

They were good. The cost was a thousand dollars because we ended up using two trucks instead of one.

It went very well. Bernard and his co-worker were professional, prompt, and communicated clearly with me about pricing and how the job would go. They cleaned out all of the junk that I needed removed quickly, and cleaned up the area as well. They did great work and did it with a great attitude.

It was great!! They were able to schedule us quickly (unlike the free donation centers), the removal process only took about 15-20 minutes. The young men that came were articulate, organized and respectful. Great experience although a little expensive.

I would highly recommend them. I am moving and needed someone to remove junk quickly. I called on Friday night and they were able to come out the next morning. They gave an estimate and I agreed to the price and they were able to remove the junk immediately. They were on time, professional, friendly and even swept out my garage after they removed the junk from that area.

Two young men arrived on time and ready to work. They did a great job. I had a lot of cardboard boxes, 4X4 landscape posts, concrete benches that were crumbling, and other misc. items.

My experience with them was excellent. They actually came out the same day and got everything together. They had to do a second home but they didn't even charge me extra for it.
