Shakey start with appointment. Was postponed because of snow and said they would reschedule following week. No one showed. I called and they said I was not on schedule but rescheduled me and were out to house within an hour.

I contacted 1-800-Got-Junk? on the internet. Their site was complete - it was easy to schedule a pickup for the same day. They arrived within the specified time period. They introduced themselves and quickly went about removing the carpet from the basement. It was heavy so they had some trouble moving it but they managed with a minimum amount of struggle (much to my surprise). They were in and out of the house in 10 minutes - not much more. They thanked me for the business and went along their way.

A little expensive, but everything else was fine. I couldn't believe how well they cleaned up after themselves. I think the expense was worth it. They were really nice and quiet! It was a great relief.

Scheduling was very easy using their web site. I had a choice of numerous time slots that fit with my schedule. The driver called well before my appointment time to advise me the job he was working on was taking more time than expected and asked for my approval for coming later. I appreciated the call and being kept informed of their progress to my job. They hauled all of the refuse as agreed. They were polite and efficient. I am very pleased with my first 1-800-GOT-JUNK experience and will consider them the next time I need hauling.

The two men appeared, gave a bid and immediately did the work.

They give you a starting price of $95 and then they will let you know what the bulk is and it turned out to be $375.

They had a quick response, were very prompt and professional, but way too expensive. I had the work done elsewhere for $120.

They called about an hour ahead to let me know when they'd arrive. They worked quickly, and swept up afterwords.

JOB #1: On time, very professional. Cleaned up everything after they were done. JOB #2: I have hired them 3 additional times since.

They did great. They identified what they would give to charity and what would be thrown away. They clean up. They charge by how much fits in the trunk no matter how long it takes to move it.

I was given a verbal estimate over the telephone for extracting a metal swing set out of the ground in our back yard, and hauling it away. Two men came on time the very next day, and performed the job. They were going to leave one of the concrete anchors in the ground, but when I asked them to remove it, they were happy to accommodate me. The job took about 15 minutes.

They were consistently good. Their prices are very straightforward.

The whole process was very easy and they were very accommodating. I had to change the day a couple of times and the schedulers were always pleasant and helpful. The appt. was between 1 and 3. They called at 10 to say they could come earlier so they were there at 11. The 2 young men were very friendly, polite and professional. They had a time with the freezer but was very careful. The garage was a mess, not only did they get the junk out but they cleaned it as well. It never looked better. I would highly recommend this company.

Web-based appointment system was very good. I was called 30 minutes before arrival to make sure I was there. Two guys showed up with a truck & in about 12 minutes my garage was free of a large pile of accumulated junk too big to go into the city cans. A little higher priced than some of the competition, but they could come in a relatively short time.

The crew was punctual and friendly. They worked steadily and very hard. The job was expensive, but worth every penny.

The gentlemen from 1-800-GOT-JUNK were prompt, courteous, friendly, very efficient, and even dressed in clean uniforms. They were able to come the same day I called, and hauled away everything I wanted to get rid of.

I thought $180 to haul away the volume of trash & recycling I had was very reasonable. The dispatcher was very knowledgeable & their data base is flexible enough that I could give him information on my location on High Street. They were able to come on short notice, they were on time, they called ahead, they were nice & they were very efficient.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, BUT THE SCHEDULING WAS UNORGANIZED. FIRST, THEY DIDN'T COME ON THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEN THEY SAID WE'D GET $10 OFF ON THE DAY THEY DID COME, BUT MY HUSBAND WAS HOME THEN, NOT ME, AND WE DIDN'T GET THE DISCOUNT. ALSO, WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE SECOND TIME, & CREWS SHOWED UP AT BOTH THE ORIGINAL TIME & THE RESCHEDULED TIME.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT, AND ON-TIME, IF NOT EXPENSIVE. BUT THEN AGAIN, I WAS UNABLE TO GET RID OF IT MY SELF.

THE TRUCK WAS ON TIME AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE HOUSE WHEN REMOVING THE OLD APPLIANCES. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK IT TOOK TO GET THE REFRIGERATOR OUT OF THE BASEMENT.

MIKE THE DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND PROMPT. HE CALLED AHEAD TO LET ME KNOW EXACTLY WHEN HE WOULD BE ARRIVING. HE ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID AND WAS WILLING TO DISCUSS THE PRICE WITH ME. HE AND HIS TWO ASSOCIATES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT REMOVING THE MATERIAL FROM MY GARAGE. THEY DID NOT DAMAGE ANYTHING AND EVEN OFFERED TO SWEEP UP THE LAST REMAINING BITS OF DEBRIS FOR ME.

THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT NEGOTIATING A PRICE FOR ME. THEY SHOWED UP EARLIER THAN THE SCHEDULED TIME. THEY WERE PROMPT AND CALLED BACK TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

ARRIVED ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THE TEAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED.

THE SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT, THOUGH THE APPOINTMENT TIMES AND CONTACT NUMBERS WERE INITIALLY CONFUSED. THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY, BUT A BIT LATE. THE PRICE, HOWEVER, WAS OUTLANDISH. I HAVE HAD TWICE THE AMOUNT OF REFUSE LOADED AND HAULED AWAY FOR HALF THE PRICE.
