I got this service as one of Angie's Big Deals. My load was slightly larger than covered by the deal so it cost me an extra $40 and that was OK. My only suggestion is that they over did the confirmation process. I got an email, a call long before the service, a call the night before and a call 15 minutes before they arrived.

AMAZING! Contacted company at approximately 9:30 AM to see if I could arrange for pick up any time within the next three days. Company owner (Joe) was certain that they could help me out immediately but wanted the driver to call me back for more details. Driver (Steve) returned call within 10 minutes and worked with me to schedule a time that would work best for my schedule. Once details were ironed out I was told the time frame I could expect to see the driver and that I would receive a call prior to arrival. Every single aspect of this job was performed exactly as they had said it would be. Driver arrived on time and was prepared to get the job done without hesitation. It would have been impossible to have expected anyone to provide better service than I received. When loading was complete the area was left in perfect condition with no further clean-up needed by me. My entire job was completed prior to noon and I was one very happy customer. While I realize that not all jobs can be scheduled on such short notice I was informed by Steve that they do their absolute best to work within the time frame needed by their customer - to me that was quite obvious and greatly appreciated. This is the kind of company with which I want to do business. I would go out of my way to recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK and they will absolutely be the only company I will ever call if I am in need of hauling service in the future.

They were very timely and friendly. They were very professional wearing nice uniforms and keeping everything very clean.

Great. I schedule service online at 8 pm on Tuesday for 4pm on Wednesday. Men were extremely professional, explained estimate which was right on. Will definitely use them again.

It went very well. They were on time, helpful, fast, competent, and I thought that they did a very good job. They were in and out in about an hour.

What a great service! I booked online. They came within the scheduled block of time, hauled away all items we'd set aside. The fee was LESS than they initially estimated, because they were able break down some of the items. The guys were polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend, and I plan to use the service again soon!

They not only QUICKLY disposed of everything, they actually cleaned up the area too. If you want something gone quickly - I would highly recommend them!

Awesome experience! I only ordered one truck; however, when they arrived, I told them I thought I needed another truck. It arrived within 15 minutes. The guys worked really hard for 2 hours bringing stuff up from the basement and packing the trucks as tightly as they possibly could. I'd hire them again in a heart beat.

They were professional, uniformed, prompt and thorough. Called to confirm the day before and then again on the day of pick-up. The two representatives went over exactly what I wanted to have removed and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. They got right to work and quickly loaded all material. They swept up after they finished and again, checked to see if they had missed anything. A very satisfying experience. I would recommend them.

My in- laws had lived in the same home for over 40 years and, as often happens, they accumulated a substantial amount of items that had not be used for years and no longer held any use or value. The crew from 1-800-GOT-JUNK arrived cheerfully, introduced themselves, and immediately started working. In 2-1/2 hours they removed two truckloads of items from each level of the house. One of the guys also went above and beyond and swept the large basement! They saved us from renting a dumpster, three or four weekends of work, and probably back pain. Because the service is certainly not cheap, I was tempted to give the price a "B". However, when considering the time, effort, and toll on us that moving especially the bulky and heavy items, it was a tremendous value.

Process went very smoothly. We booked our appointment online. Workers called to see if they could come early - which was okay. They arrived promptly and moved the couch out in a matter of minutes.

I called on Tuesday morning on August 18 and got an appointment between 2 and 4 PM Tuesday August 18. They arrived at early at 1:55 PM gave an estimate on the spot. I agreed to the price and they finished loading in less than 30 minutes. The company employee's did all the loading. They carried the items from various location in my house and yard.

The company came the day I called. They hauled away the debris from our deck refurbishment in a timely and neat manner. We are very satisfied.

Arrived within the agreed time (called earlier to say they would be toward the end of the 3 hour window). Quickly gathered items, put them on their truck and hauled them away. Very quick and painless. They do all of the loading.

Excellent. I had placed most of the trash in one area prior to their arrival, more trash was already in one spot, and the air conditioner was sitting in the garage. They were early (which was fine -- called me first) and the whole job took about 10 minutes. We had the minimum load, and we got 10% off for booking online.

We thought they were great. They just basically came and dropped off a dumpster. We filled it up and then we called and let them know we were done and they came and picked it up with no issue at all. I thought the price was reasonable.

It went great. We managed to get all the stuff from the basement up to the garage so the guys didn't have to come into the house. Their web-site makes it easy to make an appointment (and includes a $10 discount) and I chose the 7:30-9:30 window. The crew called about 7:25 and were at my house within 20 minutes. They pulled up to the garage and the loading began. They were done quickly. The estimated amount it cost to haul increased 'cause we had more to get rid of than originally thought--the discount helped. Rob and Cameron were friendly and professional. Our city bulk trash collection doesn't handle plumbing fixtures; it is nice to find a company that does--and so much else! Now we can pull the car into the garage!

We have used their services before. They are prompt and fast and did not scuff up the walls. They were only here a couple of minutes and we have been satisfied with their services.

They responded fast. I called them and they were there on the same day. They also showed up first thing in the morning when I called on a Sunday. I would recommend them.

They did it for a very good price. They did it very quickly and it was very hot. They were very professional and they were very personable. They did the work very good.

Called the 800 number on a Saturday. They said truck was in the area and should be there in the next 2.5 hours - Great. Got a call 90 minutes later - Won't be able to make it that day. Rescheduled for Monday @ 8 AM. Called @ 8:30 AM on Monday - "Where is the truck?" - "Oh - Scheduled for 9:30 AM- 11:30 AM."-Huh? Since I work for a living and can't just take random time off - moving onto the next junk hauler.

Prior to moving out-of-state, we contacted this company, that sent its standard truck with 2 men. They picked up extraneous big and small items that were not good enough to move or give to a charitable organization (e.g. 2 lawn benches in very bad shape). Our materials filled the truck, hence $300. The men were courteous and very obliging as I discovered even more items for them to take. This is a good service for people who have to move and completely clear their house and yard.
