I scheduled the appointment via the internet and received an immediate confirmation. Then I received a call the day before and 1/2 hour before on the day of schedule service. The two associates were very polite and worked consistently gathering the items I had identified for removal from where they were including attic, basement, garage and yard. It was a great service and they advised many of the items will be recycled or donated and not end in a landfill.

No one else would take the TV they did. Came out within two hours, nice folks, very professional.

Four very pleasant and professional young men came to move an extremely heavy piano. They arrived on time and were careful. I was really worried about damage to a tile floor. They took their time and carried the piano rather than roll it across the floors. This was not an easy thing to do. They really went above and beyond to get the piano out without damaging anything. I will use 1-880-GOT-JUNK again and I would recommend them.

Service was great. They arrived on time, quickly looked at what needed to be done, gave me the estimate and then performed the work including cleaning up afterword. Job was completed within 15 minmutes. Price was a little high, but for the level of service and how easily and quickly the appointment was made and service renedered made it well worth it.

It went good. It was done fairly quickly. They got there when they said they would. There was nothing negative about the service experience that I can remember, everything was positive. I think I paid an extra $100 because I had them take a couch. I would use them again. From what I can remember there were no issues.

It went well. They came, they saw, they took. I think it took maybe 15 minutes for the whole transaction & the guys were super nice. Obviously I wish the cost had been a little lower but it was worth it to not have to worry about dealing with disposal myself.

d1-800-Got-Junk was the easiest process to get an appointment, remove the junk and pay for the service. They were very professional and very expedient. They called ahead of time with an ETA and called closer to the time with a more final ETA. They placed clean shoe covers on their feet, took a look at the items we wanted removed and gave a quote on total cost. They removed several large, heavy items quickly and carefully. The cost, we thought, was very reasonable. There was no hidden fees. It was exactly what they quoted. Would definitely use them again.

Very good service and they were careful not to hit the walls. I felt they just threw items into the truck that could have been donated to some place, but that is not what they were there for.

It was a good experience. This service always costs more than I realize it will cost, especially when there are heavy items. The guys worked hard and we feel we got good value for the cost.

We needed to get rid of our old, heavy couch quickly because we were having new furniture delivered. We were able to get an appointment with 1-800-GOT-JUNK quickly and they hauled away the old couch without any damage to the floor or door frame on the way out.

I called the Company to make an appointment to have hauling done. The person who answered was very rude and gave me a different number to call which I did not understand, Before I could ask him to repeat it, he hung up after telling me not to call that number again.

Great idea but the expiration came up to fast.

Can't say enough good things about this company. We have used them several times, and they are always on time and extremely professional. This time was no exception. We had a voucher from an Angie's List Big Deal, meaning they hauled a good-sized load for $100. All of our "junk" was in our basement, and they hauled it all up and out with no complaints. They were quick, too! Would definitely use them anytime I need to get rid of stuff!
