Called after receiving a call from our tenant about the oven not working correctly. Andrew was able to go out the next day and replace the thermostat. He was easy to work with, and called to get authorization from me prior to making the repair. We will definitely use his services again!

Andrew called 1/2 hour early to give me a "heads up". He was both professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable having him work in my house. I had described the problem with my over-range microwave well enough that he arrived with the correct part and fixed the problem quickly. He offered 60-day warranty on his work. I hope all of my kitchen appliances hold up for a long time, but if they need to be fixed, I will call him.

Andrew was a wonderful communicator and very punctual. He was nothing but a pro from the first phone call. He was very knowledgeable about BOSCH and is certified to repair them. We discussed symptoms, possible options (which we pursued with his blessing), and the bottom line is that we felt more comfortable with fixing the appliance vs. purchasing a new one. (It would have cost more than double the repair to replace it with a comparable machine, even a different brand.) The dishwasher was fixed within a day of our calling (only because we had called late in the day prior and had to wait on a part). The part was not opened until he fully diagnosed the dishwasher, that way he could return it and not charge us for that particular part if it was another issue. He had it fixed in no time, it was exactly what he thought it was when we first spoke on the phone. He also rerouted the drain hose into more of a high loop to aid with water drainage. He gave us full instruction on the benefit of using a rinse aid in this particular dishwasher, something the installer at Lowe's advised us against doing when we first had it installed. He was very honest and truly a good person. We would highly recommend him!!!

I have a warranty contract with Columbus Retail Services via Columbia Gas for my appliances. When the washer started acting up, I called them and they contacted The Appliance Guy - just the luck of the draw I guess, but I will definitely be requesting him while I have the warranty and even when I don't! Very honest and trustworthy and overall very very good!

Andrew returned my call in a timely manner. He showed up when he said he would. When I told him another area appliance repair service told me "no one would touch" my dryer because of difficulty in finding parts, he was sure he could fix it. It took him about 10 minutes to open it up, check it out and rewire the faulty switch. It works perfectly and he didn't need to order parts. Very nice guy as well.

He did a good job. He came out pretty quickly and figured out what the problem was. He had the part in stock and was able to come back the same day to fix it.

He was very quick in locating the failed components, and because he had to order the parts, he was out a few days later replacing the bad parts. His honesty in telling us what our options are for repair or replacement is invaluable. By advising us on replacing the dishwasher pump, it save us the cost of a new dishwasher. Andrew is the type of guy you'd want anytime you had a problem, because you know he's quick, dependable, he knows what he's doing, and he doesn't gouge you on pricing.

Andrew came the same day I called to assess the issue, and after trying some low cost remedies, resorted to our paying Thermador's ridiculous prices for parts.
