We have used them for 17 years, and Robert has always provided excellent and courteous service for us.

Mark and his son are always punctual, return calls on a timely basis and I trust them in everything they do for us.

David was on time and performed all work efficiently as he has done for the last 14 years. Very please with their service and their prices are reasonable.

The technician was on time, professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He checked everything and repaired any damage done by water.

They arrived promptly and inspected the existing nozzles after connecting the water lines. They reviewed the condition of nozzles and replaced those that were worn out.

David from Sewell Irrigation arrived promptly on time. He restarted the irrigation system, checking each zone and sprinkler head to make sure everything was working correctly. This year 5 heads needed to be replaced. From the very beginning when they installed the irrigation system back in 2000, I have never had any issues with this company . The installation was seamless, all within a day. The lawn has 9 zones, approximately with 4 sprinkler heads per zone. A few sprinkler heads have had to be placed in the last 2 years but the system is over 13 years old. It took David approximately an hour to restart the system and replace the heads. Great service as always

Overall exeprience was very positive. Sewell planned and laid out the system, installed with minimal disruption to the yard and landscaping. Installed controller in convenient location in garage.They have provided annual start-up and shutdown services since initial installation, as well as periodic maintenance.

They installed the system 10 years ago. They have always been very prompt in responding to service calls. Their prices seem to be generally on par or lower than other irrigation companies. Working with them has always been a positive experience.

Unfortunately, due to time constraint (Del-Co backflow testing) I had to scramble to find another company.

Bob from Sewell Irrigation has been providing spring and fall maintenance for our irrigation system for approximately five years. He was originally recommended by our neighbor. We have had nothing but great service from this company.

I ran over two sprinkler heads (while they were spraying!) with the car. Shattered!! I called Mark at 8:15 am and Rob was out to repair the heads at 9am. What service!! He replaced the two heads that were broken and repaired one that wasn't functioning well. He was all done by 10am, and we're back in business! Sewell installed the system over ten years ago and we still receive excellent service, year after year.

From quote to install, Mark Sewell did a spectacular job. He listened to what I wanted, measured and inspected, and then explained to me in detail how the system would be installed. He fine tuned his offering after we discussed the system in detail to accomodate my particular requests. His quote was accurate, and although not the lowest priced bid, was competitive. Mark and his crew showed up on time on the day he said he would. They were concientious, couteous, and professional. They completed the job on time, cleaned up after themselves, and explained the system operation to me in detail. They were a pleasure to work with! No job goes perfectly, but this one was pretty darned close. My only 2 complaints are that there were a few small spots in the lawn that could have been repaired better after the piping was installed, and that the plumber that they recommended, Amanda Plumbing, could have done a better job with workmanship (install straight and level, put in pipe tie downs), everything works fine, but I am kind of fussy with things that I don't consider to be installed neatly.

Mark was extremely professional and responsive to my needs. He completed the job (80 sprinkler heads) in 3 days and on budget. I am very pleased with the system that he installed. He also provided very detalied training on operation of the system and excellent advice on operating options.

I called them 4 or 5 times through December and January, and they have never returned any of my calls. I have decided on another company.

He was very nice, prompt, and helpful. He did some extra work that he didn not have to do, but he did it anyway. I called with a questions and he came and answered my questions. My neighbor decided to hire him and she told me she thought he was really great.

I was impressed with the detailed estimate and their proposal. The install was completed as scheduled and the yard barely showed where they had plowed in the piping. They showed me exactly how to operate the system. I was pleased with their attention to detail and the pride of workmanship they showed. I would highly recommend using Sewell.

I called, set up appointment and they came when they said they would and fixed problem.

Mark provided us with a detailed estimate and worked with us to develop a plan for our lawn. He ended up providing us with several extra heads, but maintained the agreed upon estimate.

All of the work was done professionally in the time that was estimated. I was impressed at the care taken not to disturb my landscaping and particularly under and around my gravel walkway. One of the installers even stopped by later in the week while working another job to see how everything was going.

The whole time from when they started until when they finished was great. They were quick to get out and install the system and it only took 2-days. They were meticulous about not messing up my existing grass and didn't make a mess whatsoever. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Mark Sewell responded promptly to my RFQ with a visit to my home and submitted a formal quotation within three (3)days. Mark spent a decent amount of time explaining exactly what he proposed to do, and why. After comparing to four (4) other irrigation contractors, I determined that Sewell Irrigation offered the best overall price for the work I required. Sewell Irrigation began the work on the agreed-to date, and did a nice job of minimizing the damage to the yard. All the piping, valves, and sprinkler heads were installed in one day, and the final hook-up and controller were finished in a few hours on the second day. Upon completion, Mark was very patient in explaining how all components of the system operated. We couldn't be more satisfied with the overall job, and would recommend Sewell Irrigation to anyone.
