Great service and great job

I previously had the ducts cleaned in this house several years ago by a different company and was extremely disappointed in the results. I saw virtually no improvement in the amount of dust that was evident in the house. However, this time the experience was fortunately quite different. Jim, the owner of Mighty Duct, is extremely conscientious and did a fantastic job. I initially thought that his quote was more expensive, but when I added the additional charges for "extras" that the other companies were adding on (for example, an extra charge for more mainlines), then Jim's quote was similar to the others. He explained the quote clearly to me to ensure that there were not going to be any unpleasant surprises when it came time to pay the bill. I appreciated his honesty and clear explanation of the quote. Jim was punctual, professional, and the service was top notch. He found piles of dirt in the ducts that were left by the previous company, which explains why I didn't get any benefit from the previous cleaning. Rather than unprofessionally criticizing the previous company, Jim explained how different companies use different equipment and some work better in certain situations than others. He proceeded to remove all of the dirt from the vents and I am delighted with the results! There is a major reduction in the amount of dust in the house! I give Mighty Duct my very highest recommendation. I will definitely use this company again.

Great. Mr. Webb responded to my phone call for a request for quote within 24 hours. We agreed on the price for my two separate units and arranged a date for service. He was also extremely cooperative when I had to reschedule the work to a later date. The workers arrived promptly and professionally. Work began immediately and was completed on both units for both services within four hours. The work site was left in excellent condition. I stayed on-site and monitored the work as it progressed. Both HVAC systems were inspected and other cleaning, beyond what was ordered, was performed as a courtesy and at no additional charge. Both clothes dryer vents were completely dismantled, cleaned and reassembled. Both dampers were also checked for proper function. Upon final inspection, Mr. Webb showed me in detail the work performed on the 2 separate furnace units and even showed me how to perform some routine preventive maintenance on the condensation pump for the A/C systems.

AS I HAD NEVER USED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE BEFORE, I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEANLINESS OF THE WORKERS AND EQUIPMENT. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND FIXED SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY DUCTS, ALL AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
