I had not had my ducts cleaned for nearly 10 years (standard should be 3-5), and we had construction over the summer, so there was a *lot* of buiit-up dirt in the system. As it turns out, the previous cleaning was not that thorough, either. I saw evidence of debris that clearly predated our ownership of the house. We also got a sanitizing treatment, and I have to say that really seems to have made a difference in the "freshness" of our whole house--my kid and my husband noticed, and it smells better several days after (which means it wasn't just a fragrance treatment). He took very detailed care in (pardon my non-expert explanation) the furnace/AC internal fan/coil unit, and remedied the problems that poor cleaning had caused. He also explained why we had experienced water leaking from the AC unit this summer (better than the HVAC guys who came to clean it and fix it earlier), and I have a lot of confidence that we won't have further problems because of the deep cleaning he did inside the unit. I am looking forward to working with Mighty Duct again, and now that I "have a guy," I will be sure to keep up this maintenance moving forward with confidence. One note for other folks: my house is smallish (at the $450 minimum), and I did pay extra for the sanitizing, and I chose to pay with credit card. Anyone else paying with CC should know that (as a small business), they have to charge back the CC fees, so my $500 service cost me $515 to pay with CC. That was my choice, and you should be informed before you make your choice of payment as well.

They did an amazing job! . HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I can literally breathe easier, no joke. I should've called them years ago. I wonder how many sinus infections and respiratory issues we could've avoided. (I'm a healthcare professional- I don't say this lightly). The tech was very very thorough, very professional and friendly, respectful, informative, and was really good with my pets (this is huge). Everyone should do this, what a difference! Smartest money I've spent in years.

Jim was amazing. My husband and I both have heart issues. He is on Hospice and I have severe heart failure and allergies. This air literally smelled "crisp and light" after his work was done. He explains things to you and has a lot of information about air quality. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

The jobs he has done for me have been excellent! He is honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Just recently, I asked him if he could clean my son's duct work in his house. It was a 4 hour drive one way. I knew I was asking a lot of him. What he did for me was to contact companies in that area and ask questions about their cleaning process and equipment they use. He found a company for me. He went above and beyond! I now have a reliable company for my son thanks to Mr. Webb. I am so grateful and appreciate his hard work ethics. Upon arriving, Jim went through the house, counted ducts an returns and took a look at the HVAC system. We had just purchased the home and Jim took the time to answer questions I had about the system. He thoroughly explained the work they were going to do before starting. While working on the system, Jim found an additional main and did not charge for the additional work. He recommended a disinfectant to help clear an odor from the house. He was up front about the additional charge and made it clear there was no pressure and had me smell the product before making the choice. I did decide to add the disinfectant and glad I did. The house smells fresh and the air quality is noticeably clear. Mighty Duct did a thorough job and are very knowledgeable and professional.

They said if it rained they would not be able to come since some of the equipment used had to be outside. It rained early in the day then cleared up. Glad that they came. My mother-in-law was home. She told me that they did a great job and were great to work with. All three of us have asthma. Should have done this a long time ago. Look at the vents. They are cleaning then when we moved in. We will be using them in the future. Great work!!!!

Responded to my inquiry promptly. My system was small and relative easy to clean. I watched the whole process, and he explained it well. The results were noticed soon in cleaner air and far less dust in the house. Our problem was plaster dust left in the heating system by the contractors when the house was built last year. We have cleaned the house since the duct cleaning, but he showed us the dust still remeining in the carpet.. Now we have to clean the carpets next. If your house is new, duct cleaning should be done.

They arrived on time, cleaned my duct work and vents, removed toys found in my vents, very pleasant and efficient people. Took pictures before and after. I was amazed at how clean everything was. I have pets and no pet odor now that my vents are clean. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and protecting floors.

They are an exceptional company. They do the absolutely best duct cleaning in comparison to any other company and I have used lots of other companies in the past. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. I highly recommend them.

Tokk before and after pictures and I was really amazed at the difference. Gave recommendations on type of air filter to use. Showed me the bigger items they found during the process like a baseball and golf ball!! If anyone out there is looking for an air duct cleaning company I would highly recommend going with this company. I plan on calling them again during my next cleaning cycle. This was their second time here; we’ve used them before. They parked the equipment in the driveway, they put it up through the ducts and sucked everything up, and then they took an air hose to blow stuff down so the vacuum could suck it up. It is locally owned and operated and the owner came out with a young kid. I thought the price was a little high but it only took a couple of hours and I've never used anyone else for this job.
