Dry Step Carpet Care

We were very please with the work Dry Step preformed. They were able to get many spots out of our carpets that we were not able to do. Both men that showed up were very professional and prompt. They called as soon as they were finished for an update on the job. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I requested a quote online and received it right away. I did not have to wait for an email response. I didn't even have to enter my email. They stuck to the quote amount and didn't add any additional hidden costs. I requested an appointment online and they called me that same day to schedule. The lady was very friendly. They were able to come within that week. The gentleman was on time, friendly with my two dogs and was very knowledgable and polite. I had asked him to clean an area rug I had. He was honest enough to tell me it would actually damage it (it was a cheap rug) instead of cleaning it and charging me for it. The overall process didn't take very long. I'd say for the two rooms and closet it was an hour and a half maybe. I had major stains from my un-potty-trained puppy that he was able to get up. My carpets looked brand new! They dried quickly as well. I am moving in a month and will DEFINITELY be reaching out to them again!

Service provider was on time and inspected the carpet prior to cleaning. He spent around 2 hours cleaning the rooms as described above. There was a noticeable difference in the cleaned carpet as it was desperately needing cleaned. Excellent service provided at a price slightly higher price than others, but I feel it was worth it based on how it looked afterwards. Other companies have professionally cleaned our carpet, but certain areas never looked as clean and new as they did this time. Well done!

Our service was excellent and our carpets look great. I would highly recommend Dry Step. Jim arrived perfectly on time, and started the appointment by thoroughly walking through our needs. He even suggested some other things he could do to cut costs by just focusing on certain areas, but in the end we decided to complete the full room...which came in UNDER his original quote. Not very often do you get such honesty and integrity in home service! He took extreme pride in his work and the result was my beautiful, fresh smelling carpet.

We have used this service multiple times. They do a fantastic job. Very accommodating, polite and professional. Love that the carpets are not wet! All stains removed. Carpets look lovely. Will continue using Dry Step.

Had 4 rooms plus area rug cleaned. We were thinking we had to replace carpet, this was a much better decision. Showed up EXACTLY when promised. The tech explained they treat stain types differently based on what caused the stain, why steam cleaning isn't effective and why stains come back. A steam cleaner is in and out of a house in 30 minutes, Dry step takes time to inspect,permanently clean stains that they say DO NOT COME back an take their time in each room. I'm excited about that possibility. This company is VERY responsive in Facebook, phone, etc. Thank you Dry Step. Highly recommended.

From my first contact with Karen who set up the appointment, we had a good experience with Dry Step. After I told her we learned about Dry Step through Angie's List and I gave her the dimensions of the rooms we wanted to be cleaned, Karen applied a 10% discount to the estimate. Tim showed up on time, and as he inspected the areas in our home that needed to be cleaned, he offered to answer any questions about the service. He explained that it isn't a totally "dry" cleaning system but that it uses much less water than other types and that the carpet usually is dry after about an hour. Although we don't have pets, we had cared for my daughter's cat for over a year, and I told him that he might find some stains that are not clearly visible. He cleaned the living room, dining area and a hallway in about an hour. It's now a few days later, and we're completely satisfied with the result.

Without fail they shoowed up for every scheduled appointment on time. They performed their work in a professional manner and the results amaze me. Their process leaves a very minimal moisture behind leaving you with an extremely quick drying process. Our carpets look like new when they finish and our home smells clean and fresh for days. I have recommended them to many of my friends and have heard back nothing but favorable comments.

They do a very good job. The carpet lasts longer and it is a better clean than using shampoo. They are friendly to work with and they show up on time.

We have been using them for about 4 years now. The service has been fine. I would not recommend anyone else. I had an instance at my home where they had to come back and they go above and beyond. They have great follow up as well.

They are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime. They came to do the service and I called about some stains and she redid half of the carpet as I had created more stains after she had left. They provide a great service. They are very good about getting stains out.

They did very well. It is an all natural product that the owner came up with and it seemed to do a good job. This is a chemical clean instead of a steam clean so the carpets were pretty dry when they left. They were very responsive and they came out quickly for the work. Just an additional note: I had a house I had rented and when the renters left (Dec. 2014), I had them call Dry Step to schedule the carpet cleaning (which they did). The carpet LOOKED good, but a week or so after their departure when I went into the house, I noticed a prominent dog smell. I called Dry Step to ask them to come out again and apply something for the smell, fully expecting to pay for additional service. They responded PROMPTLY and came out and took care of the issue AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! I LOVE THEM: I like the pattern their equipment leaves, and I like the scent of their product. (I have used them here at our home at least twice and won't hesitate to call them again when I need someone.)

I have used them three times. The service is excellent and I will be using them again in the spring. Each time I have had a different technician and they have all been very polite.

They are very good, they do an excellent job. They are very punctual and they do the job quickly. When they are done the carpet is almost completely dry, which I like.

The service turned out great. I use them for all my carpet cleaning. They are very honest and if they cannot get a carpet clean they will let you know ahead of time so you can choose whether or not to go through with the service.
