Description of Work: Very professional and out of their way nice. The only reason I gave them a B was because after looking at all of their claims on the website. It looked like they could get quite a bit out of the carpet, however when they came every spot we showed them got a reply of we can't get everything out. I just expected more after seeing their website. Still a decent job though.

Description of Work: This was the first time I used Dry Step. Laurie, owner, scheduled our appt and arrived promptly. Our carpet had stains including pet stains. She did a great job. The carpets were barely damp; the drying time was a quarter of the other carpet companies I have used. Carpet looks very bright and smells good.

+ 0 moreThey were here a couple of hours longer than they expected to be. They are very kind and polite. They are very personable people. They did a nice job. I do see some of the stains coming back, they offer that I would contact them. They said if I saw something come back, I could contact them and they would come back and take another look. I would recommend them to people for sure.
Description of Work: Dry Step Carpet Care dry cleaned the carpet and general cleaning. They cleaned the tile as well. This is a 3200 square foot house.

+ -1 moreFrom scheduling to end of service, this was an easy, professional process. Communication good between company and customer before, during and after service. Laurie explained their process and how to maintain the carpets between cleanings. During the service, she was very discrete. I was pleased at how quiet the equipment was. Very different than having a loud truck outside. I sm pleased to say that there was no to - very minimal disruption. Usually, you have to leave while carpets are being cleaned! I am happy to recommend Dry Step and will definitely use them in the future --- the least disruptive and most effective way to clean the carpets!
Description of Work: Laurie came and cleaned our family room, master BR, standard BR, hallway~~ carpeting that came with the house when we moved in 4 years ago. We have pets and have struggled with pet stains, and have tried our own remedies as welll an other caret cleaners.Laurie arrived on time and after a brief discusssion of the process, she got to work. Her equipment was much less cumbersome than other carpet cleaners.She had a small sprayer (like a garden sprayer) that contained the cleaning solution, and a unit like a rectangular vacuum that had the brushes and did extraction. She used the cleaning solution judiciously; the carpets were never soaked. Amazingly, some older tough stains came out, and the whole carpet really looked ( and still does!) good. The cleaning solution had a very mild, pleasant scent that was hardly noticable. Best of all, the carpets were dryer when the service was completed than I have ever experienced with professional ---or do-it-yourself carpet cleaners. They were lightly damp, and dry the next day. I have had carpets stay wet for 3+ days with other companies---I can only think of the mold that could be growing! Laurie moved what needed to be moved and completed the service in a reasonable time, Her equipment was not so loud as to disrupt my working in the house.

+ -1 moreShe did an amazing job with all of them, especially the apartments. I thought I would need to throw out the carpets but asked her to take a look and give me her opinion. She wasn't initially sure, but it came out nearly perfect. I recommend Laurie to all of my clients and would definitely use her again. At my house, she did an excellent job too, and since I have 3 kids under 6, I really like the fact that she uses natural products that won't hurt the kids when they're playing on the carpets the same day she cleaned them. Overall, awesome job!
Description of Work: I've had Laurie clean carpets in my personal residence, a rental house and 3 rental apartments. The carpets in the rentals were especially dirty (Trashed!).
