Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal for a deep house cleaning for $149. Although they did a great job cleaning the house we did have to reschedule twice which was a bit of a head ache.

Description of Work: the provider agreed to clean my home on a particular date. The morning of the planned arrival I received a text stating that their employee had not shown up for work and that no one would be coming. I asked if there was anyone they could send to assist me that I could work alongside to clean my large home as I was having a holiday party that evening. I received no response to the request and no subsequent followup or apology. This service left me totally high-and-dry during a critical time - hosting a holiday party. I understand that things happen, however it |does not appear that they have any contingency plan for something like this. I would hate for anyone to rely on them as I did and then be left in the cold. |They haven't tried to contact me, refund my money or anything.

+ -1 moreIt went great! I called right away after printing the Groupon to schedule. I had a glitch during the scheduling phone call, my fault, and was back in touch with them in two days. They were a few minutes late but had called my cell phone to tell me. Leroy and owner, Craig, showed up and went right to work. Both guys were very nice, and professional. They went right to work and stayed busy the entire two hours. I had asked for them to vacuum and dust cobwebs all over an unfinished basement. They also sprayed the basement with Febreeze and ran a mop with scented cleaner over most of the floor; I had told them not to move stuff as I was more concerned about the cobwebs/dead bugs that accumulate. Leroy even dusted down a desk area and some other items near the desk. I was very happy with their work ethic and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for cleaning. Thanks guys, you did a good job!
