Response from Ziehler Lawn Care
All members of the Ziehler Team were briefed on Angie's Big Deal and are able to answer any questions or make schedule changes for any of our customers. We apologize if there was a specific person that this customer wanted to speak with and was unable to get through to. According to our records, the customer made their request for Angie's List on August 29th and we sent follow-up messages that the phone # was invalid and we needed a phone number in order to verify and schedule services. We were in communication with this customer as of Sunday, September 16th regarding measurements of his lawn, we scheduled him as "ASAP" status and was scheduled for service later that week. The customer cancelled on Tuesday, September 18th. As mentioned in the post below, it is our policy to complete all aeration with seeding services associated with them prior to performing aeration only services. This policy is in effect to make sure that seeding is completed at the proper time of year for the best possible results. We then perform the remaining aeration services based on our territory schedule. Due to a very rainy Fall season, we did have a delay in our aeration schedule. All customers received a call 48 hours prior to their service to make sure that all irrigation and invisible fence systems are marked accordingly. This was our first time we promoted with Angie's Big Deal and due to the many positive comments and phone calls, we will be posting another promotion in the near future.
