Went well. Repairman was here right on time. He was very clean and professional. Work was done in a very timely manner. Very pleased!

This company has been used by relatives for years. When we had hot water heater issues, they highly recommended Problem Solvers. We have used this company consistently since then (six years ago) and they have over-delivered on every occasion. The customer service and attention to detail have created loyal customers in Bellbrook.

Well we had a nightmare on Sunday morning. We woke up to our basement flooding and our pump not working. We had used the Problem Solvers in the past for our heating and air conditioning problems, so they were our first choice. We called and the person who answered the phone said they would have someone out within an hour. 30 minutes later Jesse was at our door. He came in and looked at the problem, than gave us a price to repair the pump. About an hour later he came up and sat down with us and explained what had happen and what other issues we had. I was taken back on how many things he showed us. Some things need to be done now and other things he said we had a little bit of time. The biggest thing he showed us was our water heater and how it had been leaking for awhile, which we knew already. We explained to Jesse that we were thinking about a tankless heater. Jesse sat down and explained things that the manufacture websites did not. We decided to have the Problem Solvers put in a tankless heater and a water softener. They returned Tuesday to complete the work. Once they were done we informed them that we wanted additional work that they had discussed done. In short they fixed our pump, changed our water heater, installed a water softener, and cleaned our sewer line. We will be calling them next month to install a back up pump that is ran by water. I think the best part of there service is they showed me problems that I have in my home, but didn't pressure me to do everything now. This is great customer service and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you to Jesse and the Problem Solvers.

I called The Problem Solvers late one night around 11:30pm when we noticed the house was getting warmer. I tried calling 10 other companies that stated they have 24 hour emergency service, but not one called back. We had a house full of people, because my family was visiting. The Problem Solvers were at my home before midnight and had figured out the problem right away. They took my husband and me around the house to the air conditioner and showed us what was going on and why. Than they sat down and gave us several options on what we could do. (What we all got a kick out of was they put on these little shoe covers on before coming into the house. I've had other companies leave foot marks on my rugs, so this meant a lot to me). The options ranged from $300 to $7000, but not once did they pressure sell us, they answered our questions and helped us decided which was the best solution for our problem at that time. Two hours later our air conditioner was up and running. They have returned several times since than to work on other issues in our home that they pointed out while they were here the first time. I would highly recommend The Problem Solvers to anyone who wants to be treated like a person and not just a dollar sign. I have had a lot of companies in my home over the years, but none of them can compare to this company!!!

I was initially glad we had found them because I wanted some work done they told me was unnecessary. At the same time they were encouraging me to put a sump pump in my crawl space which I didn't think was necessary (they offered to do it for $800). After rescheduling several times they insisted my crawlspace was too wet despite the fact that I had just checked it and it was not, I insisted they promptly come and get the work done. They did arrive on time (even 10 min. early) but they complained the entire time about the crawlspace. They also joked about how bad our central air unit was (that the manufacturer was no longer in business) and then placed their sticker over top of the previous service record. The outside faucets have been working well (no leaks) and the shutoff valve is very conveniently located. I just wish they were more professional.
