I called back 3 times for drains and toilet. They would unclog the toilet and drain and then would be clogged again in a few days. I felt I had to handle it on my own. The tech told me to buy a snake at Home Depot.

He was very helpful. He explained everything. He did a good job. With the coupon you provided ;I could afford the work.

This young man that came out to the house (Austin) was here for 5 hours making sure the drains were open and cleared out. Was having some trouble getting through the clog (I haven't had this service performed since living here for the past 12 years) but didn't give up. After he broke through he went back with larger blades to insure it was cleaned out. The trouble was tree roots. He also made me aware of the savings on Angie's list which I truely appreciated. I was very pleased.

They were very patient, kind and did a wonderful job! I will be using them again when I need them.

It went very great! Jim did a great a great job, he was very friendly and gave us all the details on what he was going to do and was very clear. His work was professional. He was also very clean and didnt make a mess at all. I really liked his work and how he had everything going easy. Nobody wants to feel that they have to stay over the plumber's hand and make sure be doesn't mess up or makes a mess. Plumber and his trainee arrived on time. They put down a tarp on the floor in front of the sink to catch any dirt and debris. Everything went smoothly. They made sure I was satisfied with everything before they were done. They have a one year warranty on labor. They even offered to put the old faucet and connections in my trash can in the garage.

The service was fine; it was very good. The guys that they sent out were very professional. Even though they were not sure what kind of equipment they would need, they came very well-equipped to handle almost any kind of clog or drain problem. There was really no issue at all. It was very nice and easy. They did a lot for the $79 Big Deal. The drain works. They were very responsive. In fact, two trucks came out.

The first technician came out and neither of us could find the drain clean-out. This is my deceased mother's house and I am not familiar with that. We opted to go through the toilet with a smaller rooting unit. The unit would not run so he left and we called for another available technician. He started the clean-out through the toilet and hid some strong roots. He kept trying and also sent the inspection camera down to verify the cause. There were roots in the sewer drain and needed the larger rooter to extract. We finally located the drain clean-out and started cleaning out the roots. The tiles are bad, so he had trouble getting through the entire run due to the disconnects. The inspection camera indicated this. The technician Mike Anderson went above and beyond by continued perseverance and withstanding the bitter cold. Although no guarantee could be made, the drains were unclogged enough to continue use. The gentleman were very professional and gave me some very informative information about how to care for my pipes in my house. They made sure they didn't track nothing on my floors. Its nice to meet people who love what they do and don't take advantage of the situation. I will always recommend this company to my friends and family.

They also indicated they charged about $800 to install a water heater and locally it is less than $250. After I found a much simpler plumbing job to do which was to replace the overflow drain assembly in a tub which they usually charge $250 for I had them do it. Roto Rooter appears to be a national account for Angies List. and because they charge 2-3 times as other vendors instead of a fair price it is very deceiving and quite rude and deceiving. I really did expect more from Angies List. My wife wanted me to contact you for other jobs previously but this was the first time I attempted it. If I had not found the smaller job for them to do I would have been out the $79 and not gotten anything for the money. You need to take a close look at their pricing and marketing practices.

We had a problem with the drain line from the washer. We got an appointment with in a couple of hours. We received a call from Roto Rooter informing us Mike would be at our home with in 40 minutes. Mike arrived on time was very polite, and quickly found the problem. Mike check the rest of the system to make sure there was no other problems.

After charging me $400 to clear a clogged basement drain (and giving me lots of attitude to boot) I was offered a free camera inspection of my sewer line by the district manager. After the inspection, I was told that I needed to get my sewer lined immediately and it was going to cost $9000. After I refused to immediately agree to such nonsense, the manager starting giving me a hard sell and giving me dire predictions about the state of my sewer line and even offered me immediate financing. I finally had to ask him to leave. I called another plumbing company to inspect my line and they told me I had nothing to worry about and that my line looked fine.

It turned out to be a bigger job than what we though. The replaced the nozzle to the tub, put a new faucet in, and a new shower head as well as fixed some piping in the bathroom. There is now water damage to the ceiling tile on the first floor from where they had done the service on the second floor. They also added more cost after the job was done. It would have been nice to know this before the service was completed. They also did not add caulking or sealant around any of the new fixtures.

They were very nice and got the job done. But I did have them replace my pipes 4 years ago and they have been freezing every since then. I feel that they should insulate the pipes. I am going to call them to request that they do so.

Everything was okay. Then it still kept clogging up. But they have a service agreement, so they came back out to fix it and there were no issues. Everything is working now. They're friendly and responsive.

It worked out okay. They fixed the problem I was having. They were very professional. They did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

It went very well. The technician was profession. Since I have no access panel for this pipe he had to cut into my bathroom wall tile. He was careful not to damage as much of the wall as possible. He made sure I understood what damages he was going to fix and provided me with options. As of today the work appears to be completly function and no leaks or drips are present. This work meets my expectations and was completed by the technician expeditiously.

I set up the service on Monday. The person that answered the phone was professional and courteous. The tech (Jamie) arrived early. I explained to him that I used a liquid solvent to clear the drain and it may not need to be snaked. He inspected the drain and didn't see any clog. He said they wouldn't charge for him just looking at the drain. Since he was there already I asked him to snake it anyway. And he did. He was very kind and professional.
