it went great, very though, professional....dishwasher and garbage disposal run great...good tips given.

I was able to make an appointment right after applying for the service. They were very accommodating. They went above and beyond replacing the faucet. There were some additional parts needed that were not included with the faucet itself. They had the parts with them and were able to complete the installation. The faucet works great and I am very pleased.

We had a backup of our main line, and Roto-Rooter was able to come out the next day. They were prompt and very helpful. The line was over 100 feet long, and they had to put a camera in it to find the cause of the backup. Turns out, tree roots from across the street were getting into our line. They spent a fair amount of time clearing it out, but everything seems to be working well now. They had to charge extra because it was over 100 feet, so it was a little pricey, but they left everything clean and I didn't have to clean any mess up when they left.

I wasn't happy with them, their prices are outrageous. I had a deal so it became reasonable. The guy was competent, it was their prices. I remembered why I don't call Roto Rooter. The initial price was going to be $600. The sink wasn't even installed. What I wanted done, I didn't have done because the price was so high. I had to run to the store to buy pipes and valves because, he didn't have any. He didn't have all of the materials that he needed. We had a small leak after he left and my husband had to tighten it. I will say that Roto Rooter is always responsive. He was professional and I will use them if absolutely have to have them. They do have 24 hour service.

the fist time (in march) they came out we scheduled our appt they told us they would be out with in 4 hours it took them 2 days. they told us it was due to the fact they had too many problems with the visits they scheduled that day , they finally arrived 2 days later (at 9pm) at our home went to the basement then came right back up said their equipment was not working and left . told us to reschedule the appt. so we called and they told up some one would be there the next morning early. next day no one showed we called they told us we were next. at 5pm no one had arrived we called they told us he is on his way at about 8pm he showed up. ran the snake told us it was fixed collected my credit card info said it was late and would call it in the next am and mail me a receipt. 2weeks later i get a call telling me they need my payment for services. i told them i had paid them and it was on my credit card statement. they called me a liar. i told them i could take a pic and send it to them and i did. thought it was taken care of 2 weeks after that we started having problems again we called them to fix it because there was a warranty on the work,(in april) they scheduled a visit for that day showed up 2 days later again. told us it was due to the weather and everyone is having trouble. they fixed it this time sold us some drain cleaner told us to use it at night, then told us we owed them money still, i got out the statement showed the man she called his boss and told him the charges for service was on the statement for the same service date he took a picture of the statement and sent to his boss. then it started acting up around the end of april or beginning of may they cam back out again it took 2 days. they fixed it again and when the repairman called into see it there were any charges they told him to get my credit card info because i still owed money from below. i again went and got the statement and gave then the name of the first man that visited they called him he told them yest i ran her credit card and the office was suppose to mail me a receipt which they did not. the service man took a pic of the statement and apologized for the problems and and said there was there were no charges that day for his services. i got a receipt for that days work but never got a receipt for the first visit. this was not a good experience for us and because we kept having to wait for days and the flooding in the basement got so deep i lost pretty much everything in my basement. including my washer and dryer. we still have no washer and dryer and are cleaning up the mess in the basement.

way overpriced. The $75 advertisement on Angie's List was just the start. they advertised as if that's what the cost would be but they had individual prices for different thingsthat were way more expensive than that

.Roto Rooter definitely do more than clean drains. I have used them several times and was happy with their work every time. This time they let me lnow up front that depending on the type of cartridge needed the cost would be more than $79 and gave me an estimate that was right on

Our kitchen drain clogged up Wednesday, April 8. I was busy so the wife called Roto-Rooter the following day. They came and could only get the snake in about 15 feet from the clean-out in the basement. They then inserted the camera and said that the pipe was collapsed under our A/C outdoor unit. (It sits on a concrete slab). The foreman said that there were pebbles coming out when he retracted the camera. They said that they could start digging the next day. They would have to move the A/C unit. Minimum $3,500 and maybe no more than $8,500 if they had to replace the entire kitchen sewer line. I contacted a friend of mine that is in the construction business. He contacted Korrect Plumbing and they set up a time on Friday. They came on time and managed to get the drain open. However, they could not get the camera passed a point approximately 25 feet from the basement clean-out. They did what Roto Rooter did, they used a sensor to locate where the blockage could be. However, they found it to be at least 10 feet further down the line, in the flower bed past the A/C unit. Their camera showed that it was probably a joint in the pipe that had corroded over the last 60 years. They recommended that we hand dig an about 4 feet long, 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep trench and call them when that was done. We did and found the joint exactly where they said it would be. Called Monday morning and a guy, Jeremy, came out and cut the pipe, put in two clean-outs. Later Wes and his partner showed up and ran a snake all the way to the main sewer line. We flushed the line and they sent the camera all the way to the main line. The line was open and perfectly fine. I would recommend Korrect to anyone. Honest and knowledgeable, reasonable pricing and very polite employees. I would not recommend anyone to take Roto-Rooter's diagnose for granted. If you have had them out, get a second opinion. By doing that I paid $716 instead of the $3,500-8,500. I still have the section of the pipe with the joint in my shed, in case someone would like to check it out.

They did a good job. The technician was very nice. I was satisfied. The price was reasonable.

The service tech showed up on time and acted in a very professional and friendly manner. Even though he had a tough time getting his equipment into the basement to access the drain there was never a complaint or a problem he couldn't overcome. There was minimal mess, and afterward he cleaned up anything he left. I'll definitely use this service again.

They did the job very quickly. They came in way high and I think that is what plumbing cost. The fellow negotiated with me and gave me an offer which I still feel is on the high side. I am not complaining and he did the work. In my opinion the plumbing work was too high.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services is a good company. The serviceman was at my house for about 5 hours working to get my drain unclogged. He even recommended a products for me to use.

I bought a special on Angies list, 2 hours of labor for $79.00. I followed the links on the website to schedule an appointment and no one called. I ended up calling and then someone was dispatched in approximately 1 hour. Two men came to the house, took a look at the leak and suggested that they try to fix the issue with plumbing tape. Since I've had problems with that area under the sink before I asked how much it would be to replace the problem area, which turned out to be $36-$40 for parts and since I'd already bought the labor on Angie's list there would be no cost for that. When the p-trap was removed it was evident that it needed to be replaced, it was badly corroded. The replacement took about 30 minutes. The bill was written up and explained to me, the full two hours of labor was not used, but I did not receive any credit back. I paid with credit card and they were gone. They were professional and considerate of my flooring. I would use them again.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon time while my wife and son were home. My wife requested that they snake the main drain because it had backed up over the weekend. Upon inspecting some of the surrounding pipes the technician discoverd a crack in the main stack vent that was releasing sewer gas into the house. The quote to perform the repair and to snake the drain was $460! At that point my wife called me to OK the work and I was blown away at the price. In the past we have had our drain cleared and the price was never over $200 and was often $160 - $180. Replacing a 8 inch length of pipe with some PVC and some hose clamps should not cost $260! At that point I informed the technician that I had an Angie's List coupon for $250 worth of work for $79. He immediately tried to deny the validity of the coupon, stating that "that coupon is expired" and that they were "no longer accepting Angie's List coupons." After arguing this for a while I looked up the terms of the coupon and discovered that it was still valid. He still insisted on calling his dispatch to confirm that he could accept it, which they said that he could. He was insistent on the cost, and since the basement was flooded and he was standing there I agreed to the work. My wife told me that they were making a mess of the carpet on the stairs and in the basement, and hadn't offered to use a drop cloth or the like. When I arrived home that night and saw the mess I took pictures of it and immediately went up to the store to rent a steam cleaner, which added another $35 out of pocket for this little fiasco. I want to emphasize that I am not the type to complain about even mediocre service, but for this I felt compelled. I don't mind paying a fair price for competent service. I will not be using Roto Rooter again in the future, we simply felt taken advantage of.

We got two guys for the price of one, which was great. They were both super helpful and friendly, and we haven't had any issues with their work.

The guy who was here was very good. In my opinion the work was not worth $250. I have used another provider before for my dishwasher and he was reasonably prices, he only charged me for $100. I feel that Roto Rooter has over charged me. I still feel that it was not exceptional because they over charged me. I have no complaints with the quality of service and service wise it was good. He was a good service man. I will use them in the future but I will not contact Angie?s List because I think the reason why they are charging so much is because they know that I am getting discounts from Angie?s List.

They did bathroom plumbing fixtures in my bath tub and sink. They were fine and did what I ask them. They came prompt and I would recommend them. They did a good job in a timely manner.
