Description of Work: Tony had to unplug my front bathroom tub and kitchen sink. he had a hard time with the sink and had to get a different snake. he had everything done and cleaned up within a little over an hour! He did a great job. He had a great professional personality. I will use Roto-Rooter in the future!

Description of Work: Rotorooter came out to remove the fixture from my shower so that tile contractors could do work the next day. I called Rotorooter when it became clear that my usual plumber wasn't going to show up in time. Rotorooter works 24 hours a day and showed up right when they said they would. The plumber even helped me with the Angie's List special deal purchase so instead of paying over $200/hr, I only paid $79!

Description of Work: We called and specifically stated our kitchen faucet had very little water pressure. They promptly sent over two service people prepared to unclog the drains. When we again explained the low pressure, a different person came over for the kitchen faucet. After we bought a new faucet, the second person came back to install it. We were pleased with him; however he was unaware of the $79 package we had purchased from Angie's List but honored the receipt we showed him.

Description of Work: put in new faucets, pipes fixed, new vanity. should had them check the drain--something is stopping drain and needs more work than just roto rooter. pipes were leaking for a long time and am glad they are fixed, but can not use tub, until drain is fixed. Were late coming, and had to get vanity, as did not anticipate this.
