Description of Work: The toilet was clogged they had to jackhammer the floor in order to replace the sewer line. This was covered by insurance.The job was done in a timely neat and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had the drain for my sink backed up unfortunately the drain wasn't able to be snaked. Luckily my laundry room shares the same drain so he went in and snaked the drain from that end. All said and done it was clear within an hour. He ran the snake through multiple times to make sure the drain was clear.

Description of Work: Cost was to much-for the work-they say they did and didn't--I would not recommend this Company ever and I wouldn't tell people. To talk to anyone above the workers--forget it--they don't listen either. I can't believe Angie recommends this Company--it is all about the bottom or should I say the top dollar. No customer service what so ever.

Description of Work: I really felt like we got ripped off. the plumber that came overcharged us for the work that was done. one of the tasks he had to do was install a water line to the refrigerator for the ice maker and he didn't even check is Work to make sure that water was going through it and after a couple of days of not having ice I decided to check it myself and found that no water was getting through. when we called Roto Rooter they acted as if we had done something wrong. I just did not like the whole experience, they did fix it but I will not use them again or recommend them.

Description of Work: The Plumber came to my home to remove tree roots from a clogged drain. The back up was in my basement and he couldn't find the drain. He went upstairs to my bathroom to remove the toilet and go through the pipes that way. One month later objects were floating in my basement due to the incomplete job of removing tree roots and unclogging the wrong drain. I did call them back and the company told me that their work would be looked at and if it was their fault their would be no charge. My walls and carpet were ruined and antiques were destroyed. Glad that the water drained but problem could have been avoided a month earlier.

Description of Work: Replaced broken sump pump, unclogged discharge line and reroute do discharge line. Repairs were done promptly following the removal of flooding from the basement. As this was a remote property, plumber stayed in constant contact and was even the one who told me about the Angie's list deal. Great service..
