Description of Work: The actual tech that came out was very friendly and was able to help but then a supervisor came out and we were told a lot of false info saying we needed to pay $7500 to have things fixed. We had to have them back out in about 2 weeks for the same problem. Then we got a second opinion which was free and they showed us the actual pipes were ok

Description of Work: Replaced old faucet in shower stall. I thought it could be repaired, but the serviceman said since the fixture was 50 years old, he probably couldn't find a replacement. The work involved breaking through the wall in an adjacent bathroom to get to the fixture in my bathroom instead of breaking the tile in the shower stall. It was a difficult job which took the entire day. The fixture now turns on both the hot and cold water.
