We hired Liberty maids after our housekeeper retired after 20 plus years. We are now about 6 weeks into having them clean our home and we think we are off to an excellent strart. Their responsiveness and follow up is absolutely outstanding.

Great service - very courteous, flexible and responsive. Cleaning is good for the price paid.

Liberty maids were professional and easy to work with. I appreciated very much that they gave me a quote and stayed with that quote...which has never happened before with any other service. I would definitely use them in the future.

Their price was in line with everybody else. They had some staff who were good and others who were not. They were late once or twice.

They did a pretty good job. The work turned out really well. It depends on whom they send, the girl they sent last was super, she was real good. With the rest of them, it depends, sometimes I get good ones, and sometimes it wasn’t really quite as good, but on the whole it is a good service, they haven’t done anything bad so far. I don’t have anything to compare their price to. They have come when they were supposed to come.

I wasn't really pleased with what she did, though she did what I asked for. I wanted the bathrooms cleaned and she sort of gave it a once-over like she was doing it every week and she spent the two hours cleaning. It was for a two hour job and I really wanted it cleaner than that. I think a hotel maid would have done better. I got a senior's discount of about $5.

Lberty Maids consistently does a great job cleaning my house. They are reliable, flexible, professional, and thorough!

Initial Consultation: Rating "A". I chose the company based on Angie's list recommendations. Rebecca in scheduling was very responsive and easy to work with. She came out for the initial consultation. She was exactly on time, and very thorough. Very pet-friendly too ! We set up an appointment for the initial clean, and a schedule for ongoing work. The person doing the initial clean arrived exactly on time, and walked through the house with me. I left her to finish and when i came back, she'd done a great job! There were a couple things i realize now i had forgotten to tell her (like where the trash bags were for the small trash can) but she improvised, so that was great. Looking forward to having a service again !! *UPDATE*: Cleaning rating - C Each week, i had things that were missed. I'd call, and Rebecca was very professional, very prompt at fixing, or recommending a solution. No complaints there. But it just never got better. Dusting was sloppy, and our shower was never really cleaned. They suggested a stronger cleaner, no luck. Finally, i got out a Magic Eraser, and spent 3 minutes myself, and it was perfectly clean. So i just decided i could do without spending the $$ every other week. Unfortunately i have to rate their overall cleaning effectiveness at a "C". And since that's the ongoing thing - i really wanted to rate the company as a "C". I couldn't though, because the other areas are better than that. They -are- very professional, and did attempt to work things out, so i left the overall rating a "B".

Liberty Maids' housecleaning service is consistently thorough. Everyone on the staff is friendly, professional, and flexible. I highly recommend this company!

I've had several major surgeries and my health has been poor so I haven't been able to clean or vacuum for months. It just wasn't a priority. We decided to try Liberty Maids to really deep clean the house. I just needed the kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and hallway done. It's a pretty small house. Because I was unable to keep up with the housework though it just really got out of hand. They had their work cut out for them! Plus we have two cats so add pet hair on top of everything. Rebecca came over to give me an estimate first. She was so nice and walked through each room while I told her exactly what I wanted. The next day I scheduled a visit. They sent 2 women over and they arrived right on time at 9:00am. I briefly walked through the rooms with them and they went back out to get their supplies. I was in the office the entire time but I constantly heard them working. Every once in a while they would check in. They cleaned for a little over 3 hours. When they were finished they came in to get me so I could check their work. I couldn't believe it was the same house! It looked almost like it did the day we moved in and it smelled great too. Even the tub, which I've never been able to clean well because of all the rust stains, shined like new. Now I'm afraid to touch anything because it looks so nice and I want it to stay that way! I will definitely use them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had Liberty Maids come every two weeks since spring of 2012. I have always found them to be very professional. I think my biggest issue is why it took me so long to enlist their services. They are great at general housecleaning.

They've only been here twice so we're still getting adjusted. They are bonded and insured though which is a big plus for me. I plan to continue using them in the future.

It was just a onetime cleaning. I spent around $85 or $90 on that service and they were fine. I liked that they came and found out what it was that I wanted done and somebody came beforehand and discussed everything that they were going to do.

The price varies on the size of the house. They are upfront with their pricing and they do a well above average job. The first time they sent a lady who missed a few spots so my wife called and they came back out immediately and fixed the spots they missed.

The initial cleaning was $155 and the bi-weekly cleaning was $123. The company I picked was less than that. She was very organized and had a lot of information for me. She had a whole portfolio for me to look through. She was very detailed in what she would do. She was very thorough and she even had a little newsletter on what I could do to make my house a little better. She came up with different things. She was very nice. She was more expensive than others. She gave visit one and visit two and broke things up. She even had an ala carte menu which was a little confusing but I’m sure she would have been fine.

The company owner came a few days after I called and gave a thorough overview of the company and services. Shortly after that, they sent a member of their cleaning team and she has been to our home twice now. She works hard and seems eager to provide services as I need them. Her background and attitude make it very comfortable to have her in our home and to trust her. There is a nice combination of self-initation in her cleaning and adapting to our specific needs.

From the estimate process to the work completion it was very professional and friendly at the same time. I am continuing to use Liberty Maids for my weekly cleaning.

They were very professional and very thorough with their cleaning. The maid cleaned her tail off for 3 hours, nonstop. She used water & vinegar for cleaning some surfaces. With a toddler & another one on the way, I like that harsh and fragrant chemicals were not used. The owner followed up with a phone the next day to make sure everything met my expectations. There is a reason that this company has been in business since 1979, and has good ratings on BBB and Angie's List. Money well spent.

They were very pleasant on the phone when I ask about their services. On the day of the cleaning, they were on time and did a very thorough job.
