It was fine. Had a few issues we pointed out and it was received very favorably!

The person sent was promised to be their best when I noted the house was quite dirty and needed work. The person got there late. Then in 3 hours and 40" she cleaned 1 full bath that admittedly had mold and needed work and 1/2 bath that didn't need much at all. She seemed to resent being asked to clean real dirt. There was a small furnace room with a muddy floor from a backed up storm drain which when she finally got to it didn't really know how to clean it. She should have used a bucket and mop and gotten back in the corners but she wiped up some of the dirt in the front of the closet and left the rest. When I sent her back she for some unknown reason used a carpet sweeper on the now damp and still muddy cement floor. She then set the sweeper down on the newly cleaned hall carpet leaving multiple mud stains all over from the sweeper. She said she couldn't reach the corners. She never got to the kitchen which I ended having to clean along with redoing the furnace room including the corners which were easily reached with the right equipment..

Only sent 1 person to clean.... Only performed general cleaning which was not thorough enough

Well. My house hasn't been this clean all at once in a long time! Really appreciated all the effort required and given for that first cleaning! Angie was awesome!

It was great! I have had other services that have not been as conscientious, professional and trained in their work. I received excellent service, courtesy on the phone and overall good customer service. The service comes once a month and I so very much appreciate them. I am no longer able to perform a lot of cleaning tasks and the girls that come do a wonderful job. Thank you very much.

I received a very prompt phone call from Liberty Maids shortly after putting in my request. Very friendly, very helpful, we settled on a date and time with a cost estimate since they had never been to our house before (I had a very short time frame for needing housecleaning, and they were able to accommodate me very quickly). Traci arrived at our home right on time and started right in cleaning. She did a terrific job and was very professional. She explained the payment, which fit perfectly with what I was told prior to the job being done. I called the office to pay for the service and again the person was very friendly. Overall, a very nice experience with friendly, very competent people. I will be contacting them to see if they can help us on a routine basis as my husband and I are no longer able to do a lot of household cleaning ourselves. Thanks!

The cleaners are excellent. They are conscientious, professional and stand by their work. When I was not satisfied with a ceramic tile kitchen floor, the cleaner scrubbed every inch on her hands and knees. Beautiful! No other issues because of excellent work. Every person (the owner Rebecca and cleaners) I have had contact with has been personable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Liberty Maids did a great job! Rebecca was very thorough in her estimate and our maid is doing a great job on the house. We've use two other services and this is the best.

Amber was on time. I explained what I needed done and left the house. When I returned the house was locked and in perfect condition.

I cannot comment on their cleaning skills as it never got to that point. What I am rating them on is their failure to fully communicate. I initially scheduled a regular cleaning (vice the hourly service) ~2 weeks prior to my scheduled date. Four days before the scheduled cleaning (12 Jun 17), I inquired about the hourly service. Rebecca called me back the next day, 13 Jun 17, and left me a voicemail, informing me of pricing for the hourly service and instructing me to let her know my plan. I returned her call the next day, 14 Jun 17, left a voicemail. I told her I wanted the hourly service for 3 hours but still requested that she call me back just because I had questions on the process. I never received a call back after that. I called her back again on 15 Jun 17, but never got an answer. Cleaning day arrives which is today (16 Jun 17), and I called 10 minutes prior to my scheduled cleaning time to find out if her employee is on his/her way so I can put my dogs in their kennel. She informed me that I never confirmed with her, which was false, so she gave my spot to another customer. I explained to her everything I just wrote. But without any hint of remorse, she simply said, "well I just don't have any spot for you today." This was extremely frustrating on my end and unprofessional on her part for the following reasons. (1) I informed her on Wednesday of the plan but never received a call after that. (2) As a professional, if she was uncertain as to whether I confirmed or not (it was evident she had uncertainties in her mind), she did not attempt to reach out again to confirm. In retrospect, she did not confirm at all for she gave my spot to someone else. (3) If this incident is representative of her overall business, I am glad I am no longer pursuing work with her company.

The service was very good and I would hire Liberty's services again.

It went well but for the cost they should pay the tip.

They are very very good, excellent service. They charge by the visit. We are under contract. They have quality personnel.

I think it was a fluke what happened last time, so I will use them again. It is good work, but you need to be specific on what you would like. They sent one worker. The worker is very pleasant.

Fabulous. Spotless. She gets the tubs clean in the 2 most used bathrooms and the house is always spotless. Unbelieveae quality! And so efficient in the 2 hour time

They are consistent and they usually send the same person come. They are prompt and we are pleased with their service.

Robin seems to be a very efficient worker, she does a very good job.

Went well. All areas I ask to be cleaned were done as expected.

Katie did a great job of cleaning our entire house today. I'm especially thankful to come home on a trying Monday and every step is clean. I actually was able to get a little time for me before hitting the books. Thank you!

Couldn't even tell if cleaning products were used in bathroom. Everything just appeared to be wiped with a dry cloth. Just mopped hard floors without sweeping first. Lots of unfinished work. Worker was on time and did interact professionally, the price was okay- but none of that matters when it's not cleaned to standard.

Bathrooms were clean, kitchen was good except vent hood over stove & microwave door. Living room was vacuumed but tables & bookcases weren't dusted or polished.

As described in the estimate, Kate cleaned our house and when i got home, I didn't have to clean! It was so pretty I almost cried!! Thanks Rebecca and especially Kate for all of our hardwork. Well worth it I can't wait till you come back again next week! Its almost worth waiting for Mondays!
