It went great.

My spring broke on my way to work. I had to open the door by hand and go to work. I called them in the morning and they had someone come out the same day. I came home and let them in, but had to leave. The installer was very professional. He left an invoice and let himself out. He re-leveled one of my panels for no charge and installed a new spring and cables that work great. I was very pleased with the price and the speed of the appointment.

A great company to work with. I appreciate them billing after the work.

On the coldest day of the year a cable broke and I couldn't lower my garage door leading into my house. I went to Angie list and saw this company was highly rated. I called them, he was very professional and told me it may be a day before someone could come out. Which was what i really expected. I didn't think anyone could come the same day. I did mention I had a huge cold air leak going into my home and that I got his name from Angie's list. He said he will do what he can to get somebody out there today. Within two hours they arrived and fixed the door in 30 minutes. I cant believe how painless this was. I will use this company when I replace the door when the economy gets better.

It went very well. From the man I talked to initially on the phone to the technician they sent out, I was very impressed. They were able to schedule my repair the same day. The technician was right on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and personable, to boot. I have zero complaints and would definitely hire again.

Made call Thursday afternoon, they were able to schedule the service for Friday afternoon (next day). They arrived on time and completed the job. Overall, it was as good as could be expected.

Very well. We had them come out (along with 2 other companies) and do an estimate. Although Kettering Overhead Doors was the most reasonably priced, it was still a little more than we could afford right then so we waited about 2 months. When we called back they honored the original quote (which we had negotiated a little) which I thought was very good of them. We scheduled the service, they came out right on time and did the work beautifully. Installers were very professional and polite.

It went very well. I got a same day appointment, the repairman showed up during the time frame they said he would. He was polite and fixed the problem quickly.

Was not at home. Left garage door open. When I got home, the new spring worked perfectly. 30 days later and all is well.

They were on time and did an outstanding job. The door needed a little more adjusting after the repairman left. I called the company and he came back out a few hours later. The door works better now than it ever did.

They were courteous on the phone and give us an estimate over the phone. A workman come a day later as promised and said it was a two man job. The job was rescheduled for two days later and was done well. However the estimate did not cover the labor for two men for an hour which was $120.

The front entry door with the decorative glass panel was installed first. The work involved with removing all the frame and cutting a perfect fitting for the new door frame was very labor intensive. Two men worked very diligently to make sure of a perfect fit. I was impressed with their care in cleaning up all debris and they even cleaned the carpet after they finished. We have an old home with beautiful molding and they replicated the molding perfectly. The attention to detail was very impressive. We had an old wood door that needed a lot of upkeep and the new woodgrain textured steel door, looks exactly like wood and you can't tell by the feel that it isn't wood. I love the extra security with the dead bolt lock. I can't describe how beautiful my front door looks, you just have to go to the store and see for yourself. The quality of installing the door and of the product itself is beyond expectations. These men are craftsmen and they take great pride in their work.

Kettering was professional and courteous when I called them. I noticed a dent in my new door so I called them and asked them to fix the door. They were completely in agreement and replaced the dented area with a new door part. They had no problems at all doing this.

We called on Monday and someone was out to fix our spring the next day. We were afraid we would need a new spring and garage door opener. The repair man was able to install a new spring and fix the opener. He also greased the garage door opener and sold us grease to keep our garage door opener running smoothly. I recommend this company highly.

I was asked a few basic questions about what I needed and the gentleman told me exactly what I needed and the total cost including labor and sales tax. He said they could be out there the next day to do it. I took that option and when I came home Tuesday from work, my garage door had a working opener on it! I was left all the instructions and an invoice.

The salesman (Gary) came out and gave a free estimate. He was on time, very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He was the only company rep. I got estimates from who was willing to price out the cost of repairing my current garage door vs. just installing a brand new one. All others went straight for the $, recommending new only. I decided on a new door, and his estimate was competitive and comprehensive, with no hidden costs coming up after the fact. The installer was prompt, friendly, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions during the job. He completely took down my old 2 & 1/2 car garage door and all associated hardware including the tracks. He then installed the new door with new tracks and all new hardware. He tested everything and made sure I was satisfied with his work. He did the entire job in 2 hours! My new garage door works great and looks awesome. I am very happy with the work done and with how I was treated from start to finish.

THEY ARE VERY WELL GROOMED AND NEAT IN APPEARANCE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND MOST SATISFACTORY. PEOPLE WHO PASS BY WILL ASK ME WHERE I PURCHASED MY DOORS BECAUSE THEY'RE BEAUTIFUL. THE DOORS HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY. THE PRICE IS ABOVE AVERAGE, BUT CONSIDERING THEY'RE A LIFETIME WARRANTY, IT'S FAIR.

I CALLED ON A THURSDAY AND IT TOOK AWHILE FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. WHEN THEY DID SHOW UP THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF FIXING THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I EVEN TOLD MY SISTER ABOUT THEM, AND SHE GOT A NEW GARAGE DOOR FROM THEM. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, DEPENDABLE, AND ALWAYS RIGHT ON TIME. FOR ALL THAT THEY HAD TO DO, I CONSIDERED THEIR PRICE TO BE A FAIR ONE.
