Description of Work: We love our replacement windows, sliding patio doors (2) and screens for all of them. We looked and did our homework. We used the sales people in Cincinatti not Dayton. We had four huge windows in our living room that took up our entire living room wall. The man who sold the windows, Brian, the man who measured and all the installers were wonderful. We couldn't be happier. They told us up front that we needed to have repair work done on our outside sills - which we did. Every window and door was installed properly and we haven't had to call them for anything. I would HIGHLY recommend using Gilkey for all windows and doors. All windows and screens are custom made in Cincinnati. They use only their installers. Windows and doors are gorgeous and top notch. I only wish we had ordered our front door through them. They use Provia as does the place we bought through locally (only because they did our kitchen and entry way). Our door is still not finished (over a month) and the woman is rude. I wish I had used Gilkey for the front door as well.
