Showed up as scheduled, did what they said they were going to do. The pipes and set up of the water heater and the well system in the carport all look very professional. Was extensive work that they put two tradesman on the job and knocked it out in two days. Will hire them again for any issues. Owner of company came by to check on progress of his employees.

Great. They came out on short notice, completed the job professionally and for a reasonable price. Very honest also.

I called them around 9:30am to explain the issue and ask if someone could come out and take a look. I had a small leak where the hot water outlet connects to the hot water heater. This couldn't be repaired. Within four hours I had a brand new hot water heater installed. They were very responsive and patiently answered my questions. The service was excellent. Hopefully I don't need a plumber for a while but if I do, it will certainly be them.

Service required some parts that had to be ordered, so the team had to make two visits. But they got everything fixed and the price was reasonable.

I had a team come out initially and they did a good job. Once more drywall was removed another leak was found in the same pipe. I called and Chris came out to see what had happened. He identified the problem, fixed it for no charge and left with a handshake and my gratitude. Chris took care of my concerns and he put the customer first, which is why I'd use them again.

It could not have been any better! I mentioned I seen a discount for seniors online they gave me the discount. They came in got right to it they did the job and they did it good.

Smoothly. Chris Adams was very patient with the tenant, and since I (the owner) am 1000 miles away, he was very cooperative via texts, photos, etc. to keep me in the loop.

The repair did not go well through no fault of the plumbers. They dug up my side yard, started to do the repair, and the city's pipe broke. The city was called, they fixed their part, and then charged Narrow Path for the damage! The two gentlemen who did the work stayed around 10 hours to ensure we had water when they left. They came back the next day to clean up a few remaining items. The guys always took their shoes off going in and out of our house and they kept me updated the whole time. I'm certain Narrow Path lost money on my job but they did not change the price or hint that they would despite how poorly things went. I will always call these guys for plumbing. I can't find anyone as reliable or reasonable in Springfield and he's willing to come up from Xenia. It's massively appreciated.

Experience was not a good one. The initial visit ( Wednesday 9/14) was quick & they were on time. They said that they would return the next day ( Thursday 9/15) between 2 - 4PM to replace the faucet. No show, no call - I called around 5 to find that we were forgotten, and was told they would come the next day (Friday 9/16) between 1 - 3PM. Again, no show during our time slot, no call from anyone - I called at 3:30PM and was told they were running late. The plumber called me directly and said they would be over right away; they finally arrived around 5:15PM. At this point, they decided that the space below the sink was too small for them to work in (though it wasn't too small on Wednesday!) and I was given the option of having another employee coming out next week, or not having the work done at all by them. I opted to call another company entirely, as I don't have another 3+ days to waste trying to get a simple plumbing job completed. The work has now be successfully completed by another company.

Steve came out at the time and date agree upon. Inspected the problem and told me exactly how much it would cost. He set the date for the repair work. Joe and Greg showed up on time on the date and performed the work required. Even though two problems were encountered. The first being that the old line was soldered in place which is very unusual they were able to clean up the old tube fitting and purchase the proper connector. The second problem was with a very old fitting which broke and required some innovative thinking to replace. The trenching left a huge mound of dirt most of which they back-filled on the first day. Before leaving for the night they made sure we had water and that most of the fill work was completed. The second day they came back and finished cleaning up the yard shoveling and raking the remainder of the fill back. I was very happy with their attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism. I would not hesitate to used them again for any future plumbing work. Finally, they also honored the 5% Angie's list discount coupon.

Very professional, on-time...actually called to see if they could come about a half hour early, which I had no problem with. Fast, efficient, courteous....and verrrry reasonably priced! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks guys!

Would recommend this company with my highest rating! They have A+ ratings on Angies and at the BBB. They spent several hours locating source of my leak behind the walls and then replacing the bad 64 year old metal plumbing with PVC piping. Was expecting a $3000 bill,was stunned when he gave me the bill. It was one third of what I expected. In fact,I have home warranty that covered this leak and they would pay $1000 towards accesing the pipes and thier plumber told me it would cost total $2500 with me paying $1500 of it and they could not do work for another 5 days. PLus they were going to bust my floor up! Narrow Path quickly found the leak was behind a wall! They will get all my plumbing buisness from now on!

Excellent. The job was done thoroughly and done well. They were friendly and very accommodating.

I called them late on Friday afternoon that we had no water. After checking to see if any of their staff was still working, the owner came out because it was so late in the day and he didn't want us without water overnight. He checked the pressure tank and power and determined that the water pump in the well was not working. He pulled the water pump from the well which was not an easy task because our well is very deep and replaced it. It was extremely hot out, but he kept working until he got it done. Very prompt service, professional and we thought the price was good. I would highly recommend Narrow Path Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I know we'll call them in the future.

This was an Angie's List special. It was a one hour deal. I was very satisfied with the fix, but the man was held up on another job and was hours late. But he was very pleasant and got the job done well when he did come. They did not call me. I did end up calling them and the person I spoke with said he was supposed to call me. Right afterwards I did hear from him. We did not have to end up having to reschedule which was good for me. I needed to contact them first about an hour later. It ended up working out okay. Once I called they were responsive.

I used Narrow Path Plumbing and they did a no show on me so I went with a friend recommendation or something. I picked the best one and they didn't show up and they didn't call so I ended up calling them and I don't even know what happened on that one so I didn't bother with them.

Narrow Path Plumbing agreed to come out the day after we called, which was fine, because this was not an emergency but it was something we wanted fixed sooner rather than later. They gave us a 2-hour window in which to expect them, and he arrived within that window. He was courteous, and quickly figured out that the leak was not coming from where I thought it was coming from. He showed me the source of the leak, and happily, the fix was much quicker than I thought it needed to be. Narrow Path gave me several pleasant parts of the experience: he showed up promptly, he showed up on time, and he quickly solved my problem. Most repair services charge a hefty fee ($80 or more?) just to show up, and then add time and materials. This was a quick, simple fix, and he charged me a good price for a quick simple fix. I will DEFINITELY call Narrow Path next time I need a plumber.

The tap is fixed! He arrived about five hours later than expected due to an earlier job which took more time. He did call to let me know he would be later.

Narrow Path Plumbing was a great company to have come into my home. Steve made me feel so comfortable with him doing the work I didn't even get another quote. He instilled confidence that the work would be done right and at a reasonable rate. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. He cleaned up some sloppy pipes that other people had put in, got rid of redundant pipes, and just made the plumbing look and work more efficiently. Thanks for sending someone who had character to my home.
