Description of Work: I needed a new hot water heater. They gave an estimate over the phone and did not pressure me for a work date. This was not an emergency. I called on Monday and scheduled the work for Wednesday. Roger and Brandon called as promised with the arrival time and were on time. An additional part was needed that was not standard equipment that they carry on their truck. While away, they called to let me know that they had to go to a different supplier and would be longer than expected. They finished the job. Everything was done professionally to my expectations. They cleaned up after they finished. I paid the price quoted, it was not inflated because they needed to get a different part. I am very happy with their service and the job done. I will recommend them to my family & friends. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking toilet

Description of Work: Moved exterior spigot; had to reroute interior plumbing line to reach new location. I have an old house (1937) so retrofitting to accommodate isn't also so easy. They did everything they could to place the spigot where I wanted it (there were limitations due to the building construction).

Description of Work: He replaced a toilet, garbage disposal, and bathroom faucet. There was a deal for 2 hours worth of work for $99, I believe. He got it all done & cleaned up his mess within the 2 hour time frame. I am very pleased with the results, even 2 years later.

Description of Work: Went great. My water heater died and I needed to replace it with a quality heater with an aluminum anode rod since the magnesium rod with my old heater reacted with my well water to make it smell. Came out took the old way away and replaced it with what I wanted. Next day I discovered completely unrelated leaks in my crawl space from two separate shutoff valves and they came out and fixed that for me too.

Description of Work: Ran supply lines and made connections for water softener and ran supply lines and installed utility sink. We provided the softener and the utility sink. They provided all materials. Also installed back up battery sump pump. They provided this equipment.

They had a great price for a 50 gallon electric water heater with installation. I called on a Monday and they were out the next day, right on time.
