Five Star Home Services is a network of top-rated home services companies located throughout Central and Southwest Ohio. We offer affordable residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services at prices that are highly competitive. Although we are a local company, we have an entire team of master plumbers, NATE-certified HVAC technicians, and master electricians who are available around-the-clock with emergency repair services year-round throughout Southwest Ohio. Our company started as a small mom-and-pop shop in 1972. Since that time, our vision has been to provide homeowners with the best HVAC equipment and the best workmanship possible at the most competitive prices in the areas we service. Although we have grown tremendously over the years and now offer plumbing and electrical work throughout Ohio, our vision has remained the same. In addition to providing the best products and services at the lowest prices, we are also committed to making our communities better places to live and work and giving back to those in need.

Excellent service and value.
Description of Work: I had a leaking pipe in my basement and was looking for a plumber. I emailed Narrow Path Olumbing at 10:30 p.m and received a response from the owner before 11:00 p.m that same night. I scheduled an appointment with them and they arrived in a timely fashion, evaluated the leak and had it fixed and out the door in less than 1 hour. Josh was extremely professional and friendly and did fabulous work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Description of Work: Primarily, they cleared a clogged shower drain and repaired an exterior faucet. At our request, they also disabled another outside faucet that was slated to be located inside an enclosed back porch. | |Also, on 5/3/16, they went out of their way to respond to an emergency call when one of our toilets started leaking at the base ($101.00 cost).

Description of Work: We had a pipe in our basement with a very slow leak that we needed fixed before we sold our house. Narrow Path Plumbing arrived on time and got the work done quickly. The plumber had all the parts he needed already stocked in his truck, so he got everything done in about an hour. Plumber was very polite and courteous. I originally led him through the house to the get to the basement and he actually asked if he could go through the garage instead, just so he wouldn't track dirt in the house (since he knew we were trying to sell it). I was amazed how thoughtful and considerate he was of my situation. It's been a month now and the pipe has not leaked at all since he fixed it. I highly recommend this plumber!

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater. Required two call backs due to defective manufacturing of electric hot water heater made in MEXICO. Staff was very responsive and accommodating. True test of any company is not the initial service - it's the support and follow-up when things don't go as planned. This company did a great job - will definitely use again.
