Things went great! Happy happy happy!!!!

They were running late, called to let us know, but they were still within the time frame they quoted. They were quick, clean, thorough and professional. I would use them again.

We were on vacation in Florida and on our return flight home (last Saturday morning) I received a text message from our dog-sitter, that something was wrong with the water heater. She said it was leaking and the water would not get hot. She had to leave early that morning for work. I accessed Angie's List from my phone and called Narrow Path Plumbing from Chris. He checked to see if he had the model we needed in stock. He told me he did not have the heater we needed in stock, but that he would pick it up on Monday morning and it would be installed then. He was also kind enough to tell me if I wanted to see if I could find someone else to install it for me immediately, that I should be careful about a couple of brands that were not reliable. (I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was trying to help me.) Monday morning, my new water heater was installed and working before noon. We had not even discussed price, but the price was more reasonable than I ever expected and the work was done professionally. I highly recommend this company and plan to use their service in the future.

Our water stopped working a Saturday night. We have a well with a submerged pump, a pressure tank, pressure switch, iron filter, and water softener. On Sunday my husband did some trouble shooting and narrowed it down to the pressure switch and/or the pressure tank. I called 3 different plumbing companies who indicated they did emergency work. The first company quoted an astronomical hourly rate on its answering machine, so I did not fool with leaving a message, but I did leave messages with the other 2 outfits. I heard back within the hour from Chris Adams and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning (Columbus Day). Steve showed up a little later than agreed upon, and then he had to go and get a pressure tank, which caused another, unavoidable delay. However, once he was there with all the equipment needed, he got right to work and finished in a professional, complete manner. We have working water system again, and plans moving forward for improving the system. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, fully expecting to have to pay a grand or better. I will definitely call Narrow Path again for our plumbing tasks, emergency or otherwise.

They were punctual and reasonable. They gave me a choices of some brands I could purchase.

They were able to make the appointment for the same day, which is very useful to me as, apparently, I have poor planning skills. When the plumber arrived, I explained the work to be done, he immediately began to work and was done very quickly. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. The hourly rate was fair, he didn't bill for excess hours and the price for supplies was about how much I expected.

Had the grinder pump in the basement fail on me overnight - called Narrow Path in the morning and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Quickly diagnosed the issue, went and got the part, and installed it. Responsive and reliable - have used them multiple times now, have yet to be disappointed.

I had a very good experience with Narrow Path Plumbing from the start. Our pump went out Friday night at 7:00 PM (of course!) and I called the emergency number. Chris answered and came by first thing the next morning. Someone would have come out that night, but we knew we needed a new pump. They searched for a pump Saturday but there were none in Dayton, so we had to order one. I was please with the communication and responsiveness throughout this stressful ordeal.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Narrow Path. They were knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and service oriented. Narrow Path provided great advice for future plumbing plans, and I will contract with them for my future plumbing needs! Thank you!

Narrow Path Plumbing did a fantastic job. They evaluated my problem and explained what they would do to resolve it. They coordinated closely regarding installation time. It took approximately two hours for the job, and the softener had to be installed in a tight spot. They installed a high-quality softener at what I felt was a reasonable price for this type of softener. It works great. I would highly recommend them, and will certainly call them for future plumbing issues.

The good: The people who came were personable, knowledgeable, and best of all, did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I had bought the house a week and a half before, and they walked me through the inspector's suggested changes and let me know where they were legitimately necessary and where they were optional. They were also able to use supplies already at hand for one of the necessary fixes, so there were no extra charges for that, and the one repair made was a reasonable price. The bad: 1) They ran about an hour and fifteen minutes late. 2) The Angies List deal I bought ended up actually costing more than if I had just hired them straight out. I bought the $79 Angie's List deal, which was $79 for the service call, plus $40 credit towards repairs. I had assumed that the $40 credit would count for supplies for repairs as well, but apparently it doesn't, since I was charged $15 for the one part they had to use. If the $40 credit isn't for supplies, then what is it for? The plumbers were also unclear what the credit was for (they guessed it might be for if the repairs ran over the first hour, but weren't sure. They tried to call their boss but he didn't answer). The call ended up lasting 45 minutes, and they charge $75 per hour, so I would have saved about $4 if I had just hired them straight out. It's not really a big deal, but it was somewhat irritating. More clarity on what the 'repair credit' is for would be nice. That said, overall I thought they did a decent job, and I would hire them again.

Was personable, professional, made time to come the very next day

This was a very difficult clog. Chris stayed with it until he was able to clear the drain. It is now running great!! He had a good attitude, was neat and professional. He was able to come the next day and kept the appointment.

We called Narrow Path Plumbing and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They arrived on-time and completed the job professionally and friendly. They cleaned up their mess when completed and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

This turned out excellent! The water spigot in the front of the house had a problem. When I was running the water spigot, there was water coming out of the wall. The water was going into the house. They went from the inside closet and re-did the pipe. The guy was really good. I was very concerned about that kind of plumbing job! Also, I could not get the stopper out of my bathroom sink and he was able to unclog it.

I called them late Friday afternoon and they said they would be here Monday. Will call Monday morning to let me know what time. They called Sunday evening to say would be here 12-1. They showed at 11:30 Monday morning. What a nice surprise, somebody showed early. Did a very nice job. This is my second experience with Narrow Path and they have become my go to plumber.

The service provided meet my expectations. I am happy to have hot water once again.

Got a greal deal with great service on a new water heater to replace ours that went kaput. Recommended.

Everything turned out fine. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. They completed the work in 50-60 minutes.

It hasn't gone. No contact in a while.

Had some broken outdoor pipe replaced and a new water heater installed. Two months later the overflow pipe on the water heater was leaking. Tracy came out and put an expansion tank on the heater. Leaked continue the next day (Sunday) and Joe came out on his day off and found not enough pressure in the expansion tank and fixed it. Later that day basement was wet again and Joe returned and replaced the overflow valve. Monday the basement was wet and the owner Chris came out and checked the water pressure of the house. He discover it was very high despite a pressure regulator in the pipe. Apparently it was no longer functioning. Narrow Path was very responsive to my problem and, despite the fact that it was not do to their work, they found and fixed the problem. I would definitely use them again and I appreciate their prompt service and tenacity in solving a problem not due to their installation.

One leak in the kitchen faucet they said needed a cartridge they were out of in their van, so they had to go to the closest store to get one. The 25 minutes they were gone ended up counting in their 2 hours. Had they had it in their van (like they said they normally did), I would have gotten more time. It turned out that the part they replaced wasn't what was wrong because it was leaking again within an hour of them leaving. The few other things I had them do were done fine. Would not be against using them again, but would likely try someone else first I think.

I thought the price was fine. They are very good.
