We called regarding a leak under kitchen sink. They were quick to schedule a convenient time, arrived exactly when planned, and wasted no time identifying a defect within the faucet. We were presented with a range of options and were not pressured at all. They were able to replace the faucet with on-hand supplies and took care to keep the area clean. The billing was straightforward and extremely fair. We especially appreciated the time they took to discuss our questions. Narrow Path will be our first call the next time we have a plumbing need.

On time for appointment, knew what he was doing and did so in a timely fashion. We took advantage of a discount on his services which was for a service call of about $79.00 so our remaining cost was only $25.00. We will definitely use him as our plumber in the future. jGrant and MaryLou Wilson

Apparently when the house was built 50 years ago, the plumber (at the end of a cold water run), had crimped the end of a copper tube flat and then soldered the end (vice soldering on an end cap. The solder finally gave way and started a slow leak. Narrow Path was able to come out the same, open up the ceiling and replace the "crimped" end with a proper cap and a sharkbite connector. Cleaned up the water and drywall mess and set up a fan to get air up into the space between the floor joists for it to dry. He also explained where I should cut the drywall back to in order to patch it.

This plumber was amazing! He had incredible people skills and a good listener. He knew how to fix the problem and was very helpful. I highly recommend this plumber to anyone!!

The worker's cleaned up after themselves. The workers were prompt. The workers were honest. The price was reasonable.

I had a rusty sink faucet. He brought several samples of faucets for me to choose from. He installed one similar to the one that I had, but it was less bulky than the one that I had. He also noticed that I had room on my sink to have a dish detergent dispenser and asked if I would like to have one installed. I said, "Yes, thank you." He was very professional and he was on time. He cleaned the work area under the sink and the sink as well. He left a business card and said to call if I needed anything else or any other problem. I was very pleased with the work and the price that I was charged. I was so pleased with Narrow Path Plumbing that I gave them a repeat call when my two bathroom shower drains clogged(1/12/2015). Someone came today(1/13/2015). Again good service, was very professional. He not only cleared the two shower drains, but checked both toilet drains to make sure that the master sewer line was not causing the problem. I also had a slight bathroom sink leak, and he repaired that as well. The charge for today was $140.00. He also cleaned all work areas so I did not have to clean anything. the service went well. They were really nice. It took them no time to diagnose the problem, which was a slow moving drain. They were very clean.

They were great. It was the day after Thanksgiving and they came within two hours, all it came down to was making a small adjustment. They were quick to come out and were very nice.

I called Chris on Thursday and he informed me that someone would be at the property on Friday between 9-10 AM. Tracey and Joe arrived on time as informed. They looked through the issues and suggested a price, which seemed reasonable (I have no reference for it). They completed all tasks on the same day. They were professional, efficient, courteous and clean. Tracey also gave me recommendations on gas pipe outside the house. Overall, I was very happy with their service and would use them again.

Two technicians arrived on time. My initial reason for the hire was to see about the pump noise but a bigger issue was discovered, a leak in a pipe seal allowing ground water into the system and causing the pump to work more than it should be. Not a simple repair since it involves tearing up concrete. They applied some sealant but were upfront that it may not be the long term solution. Additionally, they took the time to educate me on our plumbing system in general and offer suggestions. They were very helpful.

Narrow Path was wonderful! He was very prompt in responding to messages and phone calls. We noticed we had flooding in our basement late at night, and so we sent a message via Angie's list to Narrow Path plumbing and they messaged us back right away- around 11pm at night! He came out the next day and cleaned out our drain in the basement and also the bathroom drain (at no extra charge). We will definitely contact them again in the future!

This company is my new go-to plumbing company! I am so pleased with the work that was done at a fair enough price. Cost was upfront ($75/hr. + parts). They came out the same day I called and took care of the problem quickly. Very nice and personable. I highly recommend and will be calling them with our future plumbing need.

Price was as advertised. Provider contacted me the day of the purchase through Angies list, was clear regarding the purchase and scheduling, and was able (in this case) to schedule the next day. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Install was accomplished in less than two hours including cleanup - warranty and function of the unit were throughly explained. I can't yet speak to the long term quality of the unit itself, but Narrow Path was exceptional to work with and I would definitely call on for any future plumbing related needs.

They arrived on time, completed the job, installed a new toilet that they provided in the cost. There was a leak at the bottom a few days later, they came right out when informed and fixed the problem. I have used them for other jobs since and have been happy with price and service. Thank you.

They came out the next day on-time (actually 15 early-- unheard of), and fixed it in a jiffy. I know it was a small job, but no kitchen sink on Thanksgiving would have been a disaster.

Tracey and Joe were super nice and did a great job. They fixed a toliet and a tub for me. I was very happy with them and would definently use them again. Tracey provided me with the name of someone who could do fiberglass repair which I very much appreciated.

I needed to replace my 15-20 year water softener. I talked to the Narrow path works who were replacing my water heater and they said they also do water softeners and that to call Chris Adams. I called Chris Adams after they did a fantastic job on my water heater and true to their word Steve was able to come out Monday afternoon to remove and replace my old water softener. Steve explained operations and installation and actually explained that the old unit was actually not installed correctly and would not recommend it for the new unit. I went with his recommendation. He also explained how everything worked and operated. Another 5 stars of 5 stars for Narrow Path.

I called them Friday morning and Chris said they could have someone to me by 3:00 PM that same day. Very professional, workers showed up early at 2:00 vs 3:00 from scheduled time. Explained all the details. After installation Ryan explained the operations and how to inspect and maintain the unit. 5 Star of 5 Stars service I was so impressed that I needed a new water softener and had them do that...see next review

We have had experience with several of their employees and they are all efficient and friendly. When we called they came quickly.

They were really GREAT. We were very pleased with the work that they did. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job, made sure things were spotless, and easily accommodated us when we wanted to make a small change. They are an amazing value for the work that they did and the two gentlemen that performed the work were some of the best people we've ever had help around the house. We are truly pleased to have this company do work for us and will be using them again in the spring for more work.

Great... I called mid - afternoon and he was willing and able to meet us late afternoon at the time we requested. He arrived promptly with help. Evaluated the situation quickly and provided a quote for service. Once we accepted he performed the work immediately, quickly and professionally. He cleaned up the work area. He provided meaningful explanations as to why we had the problem and how he fixed it. He provided good advice on a variety of topics. He even helped drain the hot water tank at no extra charge to make sure everything was in good condition before he left. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and he answered all questions. We were a new customer and couldn't have received any better service. He's our new "guy".

Gave me a window of when they would arrive and showed up in that time frame. Came in saw the problem, had the replacement parts with him and did the job in 20-30 minutes. Cleaned up afterward and took the coupon I found on Angies list. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
