Description of Work: I needed an emergency start on my furnace. Frigid cool was due that night and they came out the same day I called and get the furnace going and the whole house was toasty very quickly.

Description of Work: Replcaced my existing furmnace and A/C with new Trane 80% furnace and 17SEER A/C plus duct cleaning. Installation went very smoothly and professionally. Did a nice job of cleanup after the installation.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace and air conditioning unit. Switched from Electric to Gas, and the installation went great. All employees were very nice and experienced in what they were doing. Joe kept in touch with me throughout the whole process to make sure that everything was going good and I didn't have any questions. Great price and smooth installation.

Description of Work: AC wasn't cooling properly. Did a full checkup and explained my options. The coolant was expensive.

Description of Work: They were prompt, and they gave us many extras that they did not have to. We had to replace our entire heat pump system and they made the experience almost enjoyable. Doug was great! We had one small issue which caused soem water damage after the install and they were FANTASTIC and took care of all of the expense of fixing it without even a word. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I needed to replace my furnance and AC. They came out and gave me an estimate on Monday and we scheduled an installation for Friday. On Wednesday night I started to smell gas when the furnance came on. I called Thursday and asked since they were coming out the next day, if it could wait till then. I explained I didn't want to pay for 2 visits. They came out that night and found that we had a leak and the furnance had to be shut off. They never charged me for the visit. They came out the next day and replaced everything. They were on time, they were friendly, they were professional, when they realized that the humidifier they had quoted me would not work, they installed the one that would and didn't charge me extra. They got done 2 hours earlier then what I had been told. When they were done they cleaned up everything, you couldn't even tell they had been in the house. I enjoyed working with them and would use them again and recommend them to my friends. I am very pleased!

Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working on a very cold morning. I called my regular heat/AC company (Airtron) and they couldn't come out for 2 days! I saw the excellent reviews of Extreme One Hour and decided to give them a try - I had nothing to lose. They came out in a few hours! I was not an established customer, never called them before but they got my heat back on! Extremely impressed. They are very thorough, pleasant, professional, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. On the first visit the tech even helped me get my dog in the house! We ended up replacing our furnace and we are 100% satisfied. Needless to say I will never use Airtron again.

Description of Work: We have signed up for their spring/fall service which is fantastic. The service men are very professional and know their business. They helped us figure out why our A/C wasn't keeping up in the summer when other companies were unable to.
