This company was able to get workers out to my house very quickly. I had them out on two occasions and the two guys were both professional and helpful. Took time to explain things to me and how I could prevent further problems. Would hire again.

They correctly recommended to replace my old air-conditioner. I had it repaired for $850 by them. It failed again within a week. They quoted $10,000 to have it replaced. I was able to do it for $4500 by another service provider.

The heater was not working and it was expected to snow soon so I called them out and there were able to get me in on the same day which was great. There was even an Angie's List coupon for half off the $75 service call. Their repair man came out and blew a small piece of debri out of the pressure switch hose and the unit started up. This simple act cost $69 and then the $37.50 with the coupon made my total $106.50. I had inquired about the pressure valve switch and was told it was fine. Less than one week later the pressure valve failed and needed replaced. Ended up having to call out another company to have the unit properly fixed. Felt it was a waste of money to be charged almost $70 to remove a small piece of dirt when the valve was obviously not functioning correctly. I was fine paying the service call fee but the diagnostic fee was outrageous for the work that was done. Be careful when using one of their "Angie's List Coupons" because they will make up the cost with their diagnostic fee. I called and left a message to speak with a manager and did not receive a call back.

Everything from the first phone call to the last correspondence on site was perfect. My wife and I own and operate our own small business and understand full well how a business should be represented by all employees and theirs was represented superbly. Communication, our expectations after consultation and the finish product was all spot on! The crews were here two long days and we fed them pizza for dinner both nights to show our appreciation for their hard work. The areas were cleaned up spotlessly, they even cleaned up and buttoned up some work left by the plumbers, thanks. Will, and have already referred this company to everyone we know.

They arrived as on time, completed the work quickly. Even took time to,help me setup the system, and walked me through basic operations. I would consider using them again.

The technician was on time, every professional and went out of his way to answer all my question and even assist with other questions that came up randomly in conversation. We just bought this house out of foreclosure and the technician took the time to listen to what I had to say and offered some suggestions. ..etc

I think it is a co-op service providers to provide emergency service. They have set prices for everything. $89 for diagnostic fee (even though we told him the model number and what was wrong) we were paying for someone to bring the part that was not available at the hardware store. $156 for the repair, replace, and repair fee. He took the old one out and put the new one in. Nothing extra. Nothing more. I would call them again for emergency service but check around if I had time. They returned our call within an hour and set an appointment time the next day (our preference).

Fast and efficient, he found something that was wrong with my AC unit that would've cost me dearly long term. Showed me what the problem was, fixed it at no extra charge. Had it been someone else they would've tripled the repair rate. He earned my trust as an honest worker and I am a loyal repeat customer. Wouldn't trust anyone else on it. Too Notch indeed.

I'm very pleased with the service. They responded to my call in a very short timeframe. Howie, the technician, was friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them and will use them again. I even joined their Comfort Club for future maintenance check-ups.

It went great. They were professional, showed up 15 min early and called to let me know they were going to be there. They did great work, courteous, respectful and knowledgable and fixed my unit very quickly. I'm ery satisfied with their service.

Despite the rough connection on the emergency line (not sure who's end that was on), we were very satisfied with the service. The office staff was great, as was the tech, and the service manager in explaining the problem as well as our options. We are using Extreme's in very near future to convert our existing air handler with a dual fuel system once a gas line is installed.

The young lady who answered the office phone, was quite pleasant and she seemed to be happy to help. Unfortunately, the technician who showed up at my home was very unprofessional and quite rude. Making comments like "You've been messing with it" He did diagnose the problem correctly, but then refused to provide any useful answers to the simple questions I had. Such as when could he complete the repair? His response was "I can't call my parts warehouse until you authorize the repair, because the warehouse manager would yell at me." Finally, he didn't want to accept the coupon that is available here on Angie's List. After telling me it wasn't valid he called the office and was told it was good. His attitude and lack of professionalism, cost his firm the repair job, as well as any of my future business. Happily, after talking to another heating and cooling firm, they were able to up the part necessary and have it installed in less than 2 hours while charging me $212 less then this technicians initial estimate.

It went well. They were punctual and they kept their appointment.

My furnice went out. They made sure to get out that day as it was freezing cold. They worked hard to create a fair price and get the new furnice installed quickly (within two days, other estimates wanted me to wait 3 weeks). They showed up at the time they gave me. They put down pads as to not tear up the carpet and flooring in the house. They even had boot covers if they needed to go elsewhere in the house. They kept me informed of the progress and did a great job. Once the job was done they even went over all the components of the thermostat. I think they did an excellent job and were very professional. I have a small house (800 sq ft?) so I know this price is less than most for a new furnice, but I don't have a huge house. I love the job they did and would recommend them for any other needs!! They also had a discount for angie's list memebers!! Thanks so much.

They delayed another job to start on ours when the propane was to be installed. Crew very professional and skilled. It was a large job and took them two days which they had planned. Heat pump works great propane furnace not needed yet. Service was more than another bid and extreme cost was much better.

The walls in my home are not hollow so there is no way to put insulation in them. I need a powerful air conditioning unit and I got one at a reasonable price from a company I feel good about.

Joe, Dave, and Shawn were very professional. They answered all questions we had and were on time. Before installing our duct work, they realized we needed several radius changes to the current duct work to give us better air flow to our upstairs. Due to their foresight, we now have even temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. The work they did was very efficient and neat. They treated our home with care and consideration. We were extremely happy and we would highly recommend this company for future work.

The gentleman responded promptly and did a good job. It turned out the furnace just needed to be reset. He did a thorough checkup and explained everything to me. I had a coupon from Angie's List which gave me a 60% discount.
