Description of Work: Air quit working. There was an error made on the part of the technician which he readily admitted to and did not charge for. He rectified the problem and it ended up costing nothing due to their yearly maintenance contract.

+ -1 moreThe technician was very polite and knowledgeable with the job he came to do which was to service the water heater and do a checkup on my total water systems.
Description of Work: What I thought was a checkup on my water heater thinking that it may need some slight or no repairs turned out to be a major job totaling into the thousands of dollars. I was quite overwhelmed with everything that he was suggesting needed to be replaced from my toilets, dishwasher, facet and under sink plumbing just to name a few of the items. The list was so long that I was overwhelmed with the information. I did look this over after the fact and I just could not at this time resolve to get the work done. My money said no and I didn't know if any of the issues were emergency at least not right now.

I had a clogged pipe that caused a puddle of water on my basement floor and they did unclog the pipe but noticed my pipes needed to be replaced due to being old so they had to dig up old pipes and replaced them. I would highly recommend this company again and again for their kindness and professionalism. They even cleaned up the basement pretty good.
