Robert was amazing. He helped me sort through a mess with our shower. He clearly and thoroughly explained everything, making sure I understood. He was very patient with my questions, and even helped me pick out the items I needed with me.

Although he wasn't able to fix my leak, he showed me how to do it and saved me money! He was amazing!

I had standing water in my kitchen sink. I placed a non emergency call and they came out the next day. Joshua was knowledgeable and explained the process. The job was completed quickly. He double checked his work and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Eco and be happy to have Joshua come out again for any plumbing needs I have.

Jeremy is an excellent plumber. He is a careful worker, who analyzes the problem. and expalins what is wrong and how he will proceed. He cleared two drains for me, and I am confident he will not have to return for a long time.

ECO Tech arrived when they said he would. Very professional courteous and knowledgeable with a very positive attitude. Two hours later my old water softener was replaced and running with a new one. The Tech wiped everything down, cleaned up his mess and double checked his work. Very grateful and highly satisfied.

The technician Alex replaced the pump inside the toilet. This was under warranty. He was personable and efficient.

I lost hot water and smelled gas. Phillip showed up that day. He turned off the gas and checked the very old tank, determining that it was done. Even though the next day was Sunday, he came with a new tank and installed it . He was friendly, respectful and definitely a hard worker. By the afternoon I had hot water. I appreciated his attention to detail and also his work ethic. If I need ECO services again, I hope to get Phillip.

Michael from Eco plumbing did a great job! We had a furnace that wasn’t working and he showed up first thing in the morning! Very knowledgeable and professional! The furnace was fixed quickly! Kudos to Michael!

Furnace decided to take an extended vacation on one of the coldest days so far. Called ECO they responded within about an hour. The tech (Michael) was very good. I explained what appeared to have happened and he went right to trying to fix it. Turns out it was a bigger problem than expected. We had a power surge and fried the motherboard. No parts were available locally so they had to order from the factory. Parts came in, but they forgot to send instructions or the tools to show how to reprogram the board. Michael was very persistent he located the tools and information and fixed the problem.

Plenty of notification they were on their way. Nice email introducing my plumber, Kyle Great upfront estimate Very methodical professional work Corrected the problem and then took the time to troubleshoot potential problems at no extra charge Repair was perfect and when he left you couldn’t tell he’d been here!

Eco Plumbers did a fantastic job, I know I have a big problem but they were professional and humorous and so helpful. They were accommodating and very polite. Troy was very nice on the phone to initially get my scheduled, Gray was great and got me rescheduled, and finally Josh and Aaron were great, super informative, made sure I knew what they were doing and what to expect. 10/10 recommend

Eco was quick to respond to our gas leak. The tech, Kyle was great. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that was going on. He even stayed to meet with the utility company, to ensure the heat was back on in the house.
