The leak was located and repaired, with clear communication at every step of the process.

Jeff was amazing. He arrived on time, explained the fireplaces to us. Inspected them, opened the flue, and lit one. The other one he inspected and deemed it suspect. He did not light that one and recommended we replace it with a new one or upgrade to ventless. Jeff was very professional, careful not to track in snow/dirt. Eco will be our 'go to' company for all our plumbing needs.

Excellent! I would like to have a yard sign placed in my yard for at least a year to let others know how happy me and my wife are with Eco Plumbers Service. We dealt with another well known competitor and an issue was never resolved. The competitor had three different plumbers here but never fixed the issue. Eco Plumbers Services came out in one day and fixed the issue right away.

Everything went well, work was scheduled for next day, but they had availability and it was completed same day.

Found leak quickly and provided a good temporary fix. There is additional work to be done outside his scope (ceiling drywall repair/paint and replace shower head).

We had some trouble at first because the new sink didn’t fit and we had to buy a new one. It was taken care of and they are also very responsive when you call. Chris is very professional and did a great job explaining to us everything. We highly recommend!

Calling EcoPlumbers was easy and they fit me into their schedule very quickly. They called the day of and got in sooner, and gave a courtesy call of when they would arrive. They wore masks and booties the entire time and cleaned up nicely. Jeff and Sean were great. They were friendly and respectful to me and my house. I had a mysterious leaking bathtub that 3 previous plumbers couldn't figure out that EcoPlumbers tackled. Service manager Mark also came out to ensure I had a proper fix to my issue. Everything was explained very well. The problem was identified (and others) and corrected. I was informed of every step along the way and given several options for correction. I was sent a collage of photos of what work they did and was happy with everything. Price was a bit higher than expected but I believe it was fair. They also worked with me to find any discounts and price reductions they could. Will be calling them again for any issues!

Jeff was very thorough, and kept looking until he found the problem. He is very polite and knowledgeable. There was no charge for his service as it was a free estimate. We are very pleased with the service.

Informed me that the issue was likely structural below the foundation, and that snaking the toilet wouldn’t help. Saved me hundreds of dollars instead of doing work he knew wouldn’t solve the issue.

The specialist arrived on time; covered his shoes; explained pricing and possible contingencies; worked expediously; removed all debris; and finally, offered & explained the company’s member plan.
