I am elderly and have used nearly every service company. Old house equals new problems. ECO plumbing as represented by my tech Adam Vanhoose is the most honest, thorough, considerate, explanatory, and economical company I have used.

Sean did an amazing job in removing old toilet and installing the new toilet. He walked us through the process. The area was cleaner when he left.

Matt did a fantastic job. Professional, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Best explanation I have ever had with a HVAC company on how a system works, what was the causes of my issues and their system maintenance plan. Tyler Kerlin was patience with answering all my question and showed me pictures of other people installations which would meme what Eco proposed for replacing my unit. There were several choices offered with different cost and no pressure on me to pick either. Overall, this company is one to consider when you have HVAC issues.

Elijah did a great job! He installed a new garbage disposal. The old was was very rusted and kept breaking apart. He was very patient and calm through what had to be a frustrating process. He was friendly, efficient and cleaned up after himself.

Dan was very professional, polite, efficient and honest. He was able to get the job done in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. We had no idea our first drain clean out was complimentary, we thought we were going to have to pay $99, but it was FREE!! His partner Robert was also phenomenal. This was our second time calling eco to come out within a few months for hvac and plumbing. Each time they have came out in a timely manner and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough, as well as their amazing finance options! Chelsea (finance department) was awesome! The hvac team was great too when we needed them the first time, we love eco!!!! They make being a homeowner and the struggles of repair more manageable.

It was such a relief to be able to fix our AC the same day without hassle. ECO tech Michael came around 8 pm after a long day. He was professional, not in a hurry to finish and leave. Took the time to explain what the problem was and the recommendation to fix the problem. Thank you for a job well done.

Tyler & Michael came to check my AC unit to make sure it was running optimally. They checked the inside unit, outside unfit and vents. They said everything was running as it should and gave me some tips to make it cooler in the house during this hot weather. They didn’t try to sell me a $6,000 unit like another well known company in town. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty and would give them 10 stars if I could.

They did an awesome job and will not do anything before sharing what the full cost will be. Very nice and explains everything. Have used them for the last 3 years. Will continue.
