Joshua from Exo plumbers did a great job clearing a clog in our laundry sink drain! He was transparent about his plan to fix the problem, pricing, and goals from the very start. He was honest about what he found and what he would suggest for future maintenance. Not only did he do a great job, he was kind and courteous!

Robert did an excellent job fixing my water heater, explaining every thing to me. Then when the cold water valve under my kitchen sink blew from the pressure of the water being turned back on he fixed that too.

David Sutter and his guys went above and beyond. Last-minute install on a water heater replacement was a life-saver. 100% recommend and will be using this company (especially David) going forward.

They came out the same day and gave suggestions for heating my all seasons room. Highly recommend.

One toilet and valve/copper piping fixtures replaced on the spot - Logan was quick, efficient, very tidy, personable, and communicated everything to me in terms I could understand. The pricing is as I would estimate for replacement of a very old toilet in a very old house. Logan coordinated the replacement of our 2nd toilet for tomorrow. If all goes well tomorrow, all will be completed before company gets here this weekend. So far I'm a very happy camper.

It went fine. He cleared out the sludge. In our sink, the only issue is. It was still leaking after he left under the sink with the pipes. So I was able to repair it with the parts I bought. He still thinks there is a blockage somewhere in the pipes.

I am blown away!! I cannot say enough good about the services we received. Joshua took his time and explained everything to me. He did not try to force unnecessary services on me, he was amazing. This has been an ongoing issue for us on about an annual basis since 2019. Unfortunately we were under a lease purchase option and had to use who the original owners chose, they chose a well-known company who charged us anywhere between $425 to $650 to come out. When they would leave I was terrified because of some of the things they would tell us needed to be done. Yesterday with no warning things began to back up, after calling other companies who were extremely expensive, my mind went to the Eco commercials and I decided to call I am so glad I did. They are definitely service oriented and didn't try to take advantage of our situation. When they say $93 or free there is no catch. Thank God he got us up and running again. I will probably be taking advantage of their Care program.

I want to say Hunter was great. He worked hard and long hours. I felt bad for him that he worked so long. I would definitely recommend this company if you need work done. I hope hunter gets recognition for the hard work he does. He definitely deserves it.
