+ -1 moreNot only was the tech punctual, neat, and courteous; he was knowledgeable, explained everything to me beforehand, gave me service options and costs up front. And the $93 drain service they advertise is No Gimmick! That’s what I paid! And by the way, 5 years ago Roto Rooter did the EXACT same service to my home (I’ve lived here 26 years) and charged me $326…. another Drain service did it 3 years ago for $200…I’m speechless… recommend EcoPlumbers to everyone!!

+ -1 moreJacob with Eco Plumbers was a pleasure to work with. He explained what likely happened when my water line to an outdoor hose burst and flooded my kitchen. The price seemed reasonable from my past experience with plumbing issues as well. He also tested the hose connection on the other side of my house to make sure I wouldn't have the same problem when I turned the water on over there, and even looked into a completely separate issue we were having with a bathtub drain and explained how to prevent/fix the sound we were having there.
Description of Work: A pipe burst under my kitchen sink. This was a repair.

+ -1 moreSelected this company for a simple plumbing job on the basis of strong recommendation from ANGIELIST. This was a trial to evaluate the company for future projects. The technician Jacob brought along a trainee and the trainee did most of the work. The quality of work is OK but very expensive. The moral of the story is that Angi is not Consumer Report which provides unbiased ratings and recommendations. Angie's recommendations may not be unbiased and hence, should be carefully evaluated along with other sources of information.

+ -1 moreCustomer service was amazing, both times the eco plumbers came out they were very professional and informative. Today was just coming out to give a quote for some work we need on 100 year old pipes. He gave us some options for financing, and was very good with explaining everything.
Description of Work: 1st time out was to clear a clogged up drain, however the snake punctured the pipe due to the crazy amount of build up and age of our plumbing (100yrs home) he was super nice and felt bad but was not his fault. He setup up with another gentleman who came out today to look at our options for repairs. He gave us the quicker temporary fix option as we will be renovating later this year, as well as the all out fix. There was no pressure to agree to anything but plenty of information, and took his time to explain everything. As of right now we have not been charged anything, and just given the price for if we want to proceed. I'd 100% recommend these guys.

Description of Work: Installation of 2 One-Piece Elongated Black Smart Toilet Floor Mounted Automatic Toilet Self-Cleaning. Required to be installed and mounted to the floor due to different hardware attachments. Complications due to hardware included with imported toilets. However, installers were able to swap out outlet plumbing to accommodate the hosing for the modifications needed to allow toilet to integrate with 74 built home original plumbing.

They didn’t charge us at all for the service and we are so grateful for their help. We had been without heat for a week and it was not fun. 1000% recommend this company.
