Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Jy & Jared were efficient, courteous & professional as they serviced my HVAC (changed filter, checked functioning level, cleaned my outdoor unit, etc). I also met Kyle, who came out to provide an estimate to move & replace my main water shut-off valve. He was very skilled, friendly & knowledgeable. I plan to schedule the work to be done soon.

Kyle and his assistant did a great job. Faucet look great and work great!! I will be honest. The first quote was WAY TOO HIGH. Ask to call the manager and try to work a more realistic and fair price. I appreciate everyone needs to make a profit, but the first quote was ridiculous to be honest. I have used Eco before and they do fantastic work. Just try to work with them on the price. I think you will find them to be fair if you ask and they do outstanding work. I will use them again.

Cody was awesome again. This is the 2nd time we have used Eco, and have had Cody as our install tech. He is very polite, friendly and very respectful. He fully explained how to use the water filtration system and water softener.

This team from Eco Plumbers was the most professional trade team I've ever worked with. They were overly helpful, explained all of my options and went out of their way to try and help keep my costs down. They replaced a water heater in a little over 2 hours that not only will serve the home better but is quality work top to bottom. I called Eco because of their radio and tv ads, but after working with Logan.... they'll be the first call on anything else plumbing related that i ever need. Fantastic job gentlemen!

EcoPlumbers were able to fit me in for a same day appointment for an emergency gas leak. They were able to give me a free estimate and able to fix it in a timely manner. It was a really reasonable priced and the technician Logan was professional, courteous, and explained everything along the process. So glad I chose Eco Plumbing.

Did everything they said they would

Logan arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He quickly evaluated the issues and discussed options. Decided to replace water heater, which he had on his truck, and installed it in less than the estimated time. Ee opted for the premium package with extended warranty and the home service plan.He was courteous,pleasant and polite and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back if needed.

So smart at what they do. Not only did they fix the main issue I had, they inspected and found some other issues that are now fixed. If there where 6 stars, they would get it.

Riley was the AC tech on this job. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeble, and most helpful. He repaired AC unit to get us cool again. He provided options for work on this visit and future plans. This is the only company I will use for work on my house.

On time and complete before 11:30 with replacing a Hot water heater that was leaking.

Jason McNeal the plumber was very professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. Great customer service from all staff I've talked to along with Jason. Jason left everything clean after performing the service. I would highly recommend this company and staff.

Things went well considering the problem was not mine or one the technician could fix. The problem was found and directed to the city for repairs. True to their word because they could not fix they did not charge me, even after running the snake all the way through my sewage drain. I am very grateful for that and it has no bearing on this review but because they stuck to their word they get an excellent! Thank you!

Jy was professional and did everything he could to make this an easy process. I furry barely it was a big job that was not a typical situation. Jy exceeded our expectations.

They had great communication throughout the process. Came out quickly. Got the job done. Couldn’t ask for a better company!

Nick was very professional and personable. He listened to my concerns, explained all of my options and completed the work exactly as described. We also chatted about our rescue dogs while he pulled together all of the official paperwork - it’s always nice to meet a fellow dog lover. He was also very courteous to my large dogs too which is another plus in my book. This was my first time using services from Eco and I would use them again if the need ever arises. Great experience - would highly recommend.

Eco is a great company to deal with. Jeff was awesome. He fully explained everything to us. He was friendly, polite and very respectful.

Our technician Chaz was super helpful with explaining the problem, and getting us taking care of. Saved us money and carried himself like a true professional. No hidden fees or trying to sell something we didn't need like we have had happen in the past with other companies. Will highly recommend to anyone asking for a plumbing service.

Logan did a great job assessing the problem (no water from a well pump). Ultimately found the root of the problem was an open spigot on a hose outside.

Excellent service! Everything was right up front. No surprises! Very satisfied with the work Logan did and he even cleaned up the mess that was not his fault! I would highly recommend ECO for whatever you need!

Jacob Chesbrough was the absolute best! He was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step, why he was doing it, how he was treat it, and showed me the process. He answered all the questions I had (which was a lot). He was ver patient and thorough throughout the whole process. I hope Jacob gets a raise for the above mentioned qualities. A true measure of a successful company in my opinion, is its employees - and Eco did it right by having a top notch person such as Jacob on their team. Highly recommend HIM!
