Description of Work: I really don't like to give negative reviews, but if you don't tell them what the problem is how will they know they have something to fix?? I contacted them online for a price on a new garage door, a guy called a few days later and I gave him the specs and never heard from them again. Guess they don't need my business.......

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the work they did. The service tech was professional and focused on completing his task. They replaced a broken spring on my garage door. The price was competitive and they responded quickly to my call since I was unable to get my car out of the garage. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Our garage door opener wasn't working so I contacted them to have someone come take a look. The repairman called when he was about 15 minutes out and arrived within the time frame that I had been given. I was worried that we would be pressured to buy a new unit, but the repairman said that since parts were available for our units he wouldn't suggest replacing them unless we had been thinking about it already. He was able to fix the issue, then performed some routine maintenance and even serviced our other garage door.

+ -1 moreThe salesman did a good job in explaining the products that were available. The installer did a good job with every aspect of the installation and cleaned up well when he was done. The garage door has made a big difference!
Description of Work: We had a broken old cheap garage door replaced with an insulated, much better quality door. It was not a standard size, so it had to be ordered. Had it not been the middle of winter, that would not have been an issue.

Description of Work: I had a garage door opener installed. The price quoted to me was a fair price, work was done without any hassles. The installation technician was on time, personable and thorough. He made adjustments to the door itself, and it's now running quieter and smoother than before. + -1 moreThe springs on our old door broke and snapped the top segment of the door in half. Also, the door opener, while still working, was noisy and did not have the sensor that prevents it closing when someone is under the door. Dayton Door Sales came out the day after we called, their sales person discussed options with us, provided us with an estimate, and scheduled replacement of the door in two days. The work was well done, the door works beautifully, and we were very pleased with the experience.

+ 0 moreThe door they installed didn't work for us due to the threshold being too high, with a 2 inch high plastic strip down the middle. My husband uses a walker and it was difficult for him to get in and out. We called and complained and they came right out to see what we were talking about. They immediately offered to order a special low threshold (handicap) door. A few weeks later, they came out and replaced everything and now it is great. It is beautiful too.

+ -1 moreVery well. I'd told them about the broken spring, but forgot to tell the the torque tube was in bad shape. On seeing it, they told me it would need a new one. He called and had one delivered within 20 min and had the whole thing working in less than two hours total. they were very good about calling at work and arriving when they said they would.
Description of Work: Replaced both torsion springs and the torque tube on the 16 ft garage door.
