Description of Work: I had my garage door and opener replaced and my front entry door to include the frame. This was done over two different dates. The technician that replaced the garage door was a one man show and was a pleasure to watch. He was methodical and time efficient. As this was a double wide door, I thought for sure this would a two man appointment but no, he accomplished this task on his own. Totally amazing! The second job was replacing my front entry door with an all fiberglass door, frame with side leaded glass. Two installers showed up for this job and also performed this task with professionalism. Understanding that this job would take several hours considering the job at hand. They completed the job to my satisfaction, cleaning up after the job was done. I was impressed that they had to cut and paint the trim on site to match the door and frame. This is the second time over many years that I have used Dayton Door Sales and will again if the need arises.

Description of Work: A technician replaced a bent rod on the garage door which allowed the door to open and close properly. He cleaned and oiled all parts on the door. Cleaned and performed routine maintenance on garage door opener unit and parts. He was professional and courteous. Best of all, he never tried to sell me a new garage door or opener.

Description of Work: The spring on my garage door broke and the garage door wouldn't open, essentially trapping me at home. They sent a repairman out promptly and he fixed the problem. I also wanted the bottom door seals replaced and the guy did not have any of the product on his truck. They came back at my convenience with no charge for the second visit.
