The initial meeting was a positive experience. The representative walked the property, asked questions, and put together a professional quote. She followed up with a call before I had made my decision. And then was very prompt when I called to schedule the project. The painters were friendly and very efficient. They had to call off early one day because of rain, but were back to business the following morning. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to complete the job. The house looks great!!! I am very pleased with the final product and would use CertaPro in the future.

They did a great job. The paint was color matched since only one side was painted. The only issue was the weather that held them up. The extra paint was left and an offer to come back at anytime to touch anything missed.

Painters worked hard and got the job done in 4 days. The painted ceilings and walls look great.

Two painters came. They seemed very inexperienced and not very alert. I never saw their supervisor. Apparently he was at another job. The only place I think they used two coats of paint was on the front porch. There were many thin places. They painted the deck in a single afternoon and only wanted to paint the main part of the deck, not the two smaller parts that were included on the bid. I had to show them the contract to get them to paint all three parts. I don't think they cleaned one part of the deck before they painted it because the power washer was at a different job by then. I don't think any part of the deck got two coats of paint. The workers The local coordinator came to see the thin spots. He argued that because the right amount of paint had been ordered, there must be two coats of paint. Finally he did see what I was talking about and had a subcontractor come put a second coat on those parts of the house. He thought the deck was fine. The deck paint layer is thin and is peeling in at least one place. Certapro was not the lowest bidder for the job and I hired them because of their Angieslist rating. I'm still regretting hiring this company.

The quotation process went smoothly and the painters showed up as scheduled. They were polite and as far as we can tell the work was of good quality.

In the end, CertaPro and the painters were pleasant to deal with, and did an OK job. CertaPro contracts out their jobs but I assume hold all of their painters to similar standards. The reason I cannot provide an "A" rating was attention to detail. When the painters initially suggested they were done, it was early evening and getting dark. While the contract suggests the customer perform the final walk through, the 3 person paint crew said they had walked around the house, everything looked great, and asked for final payment. I declined and asked they come back the next morning for the final walk through. In the morning, I found significant areas which required touch-up, were missed entirely, or paint on door handles and weather stripping. To their credit, they were accommodating and addressed these issues. It required an additional 1.5 - 2 days for touch up, which is significant after they suggested they were "done." There are still a few minor areas where I can see primer or require touch up, but I will address these in the spring when I do routine maintenance...just unfortunate after spending several thousand dollars. As long as you can monitor the work being done, to ensure you get what you pay for, then CertaPro is OK.

If you've always wanted a painting company to paint the glass of your windows then this is the company for you. They take every step to ensure that they don't protect your window panes and will spray them with a fine mist of paint at no additional cost. No more pesky clear windows to worry about because now you'll have a constant film of paint to admire your hazy views.

Things did not go well. No one got back with me after one follow up phone call from the estimator.

The original date of the appointment was great! Drew showed up on time (early, if I remember correctly) and was very professional in getting the information for the estimate. He had computer issues so he ended up staying at our house writing up the quote 3 different times before the computer worked. Great first impression. My wife and I wanted to move forward, so I sent him an email (email address was on his business card). After a few days of not responding, I called him to follow-up. He said that he was on the road and would call me the next morning when he was in the office to schedule the work. He never called, so after about 6 hours, I sent him another email as a follow-up. That was over a week ago and I still have not heard from him or anyone at Certa Pro.

Responded and quoted quickly. Professional follow up and work. Couldn't be happier.

They were professional and got the job done quickly. We were very pleased with them. They got the job done in about 4 days total on 2 separate occasions. They did a good job with the cleanup and we were very happy.

They are very good! They cleaned up everything and did a great job! They were all great guys and were very personable.

Paint crew was on time each day. They cleaned after them selves every day. The crew were very polite and the crew bobs met with me at the morning 9 at evening before.

The outside was power-washed before painting and all surface repairs were made - it looks great! They added mildew resistance chemicals to the bathroom paint, patched all bad spots on walls/ceilings in both inside rooms, used two coats on walls, one on ceilings, and did trim. It only took two days for outside and two short days for inside due to drying times in high humidity. Bottom line was the inside rooms were great too. The painters were pleasant, polite and professional.

We were extremely happy with the work done by Certa Pro! They painted our 2-story entry, 2-story great room, dining room, loft, and kitchen, plus all the trim and doors. They were done in 3 days and everything looks beautiful. The crew was very nice and very professional. We wouldn't hesitate to use Certa Pro for any other painting work we need, interior or exterior.

Laura was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping me choose my paint and accent colors. She followed up and was very professional. The crew doing the outside were very detailed and did a very good job. Thomas and his group did a great job and were done when they said they would be. The inside crew and Tony did an amazing job on the living room and breakfast area and up the stairs. I had my one wall in my living room striped and Tony did an outstanding job, I was amazed at how well it looked when it was complete. They cleaned everything up and other than a little dust from sanding which is to be expected, I had nothing else to clean up. I would definitely recommend Certa Pro and would absolutely use them again.

The service would cost $1,000. The response was timely. They were very pleasant, very personal and very nice to work with. They are going to be doing the work this Monday.

I like their responsiveness and they did a good job. The guy who gave us the quote said it is pretty much comparable to any exterior house painting.

At first I was hesitant to go with Certa Pro because I was afraid they would be a "big company" that didn't care. It was not that way at all though. They were very professional and very much care about quality. They even sent me a $5 gift card to say thank you for taking a survey when they were done. They don't charge anything until all work is done because they want you to look over it and make sure you like it. Quality was great, they were very fast, and quote matched price when they were done. Initially we thought it would take a while to get the work scheduled, but they ended up working us in much earlier than anticipated which was nice. They are busy so I would plan ahead (several weeks) but found that was the case with everyone. The reason I went with certa pro over everyone else I got quotes from was the speed (they gave a written quote the next day- others took weeks to get back to me with just a quote) and overall they seemed more professional. Only complaint is that communication was sometimes difficult because they use a large national call center so you have to have them "leave messages" for the local people to call you back. But overall, great work and I would use them again.
