Castle Roofing

I did not feel that Castle was reasonable in there quotation.

Looks great. Satisfied overall with everything, from sales rep to installers. Arrived as scheduled and worked consistently. Clean-up was good, considering this was a complete tear-off. Some materials were left behind; it took only 1 phone call to have them picked up. Some time later we noticed a leak in the same area that had been problematic before the roof was replaced; received quick response and rep determined it was due to the vent pipe cap. He worked on it and we've had no sign of leakage since.

We have leaks, and the ugliest roof in the neighborhood. Their are nails popped up, and the seams and ridges are uneven. They put the trash into the decking area when they were done. There was a lot of disrespect.

They showed up at 7 am and the work was done by 4 in the afternoon. I was pleased with their work. They are timely and reliable. They told me when they would be here, they told me what this order would cost and they came in right as they suggested and the price was what I expected it to be. Their price was competitive. It wasn't exceedingly cheap but I wanted to be able to rely on the work. They did give a five-year warranty on both labor and material. So that was an advantage. The roof was a forty-year roof from the manufacture but they also added a five-year warranty from them on labor and material so that was another advantage and the warranty is transferrable. I would be looking to settle here in the next two or three years, so that was something else I was looking for.

He was suppose to call me to come back and finish the job but he hasn't. I don't feel that it is my job to call him back, if he wants the rest of his money he should come back and complete the job.

They did the estimate on Wednesday around 3:00 p.m. and said they would call with a time to do the work. I got a call that evening and they were working at 9:30 a.m. the next day. The work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after the work was done and hauled away all debris. The workers were professional and respectful of my property. They were good embassadors for the company.

Castle Roofing did a very good job. The owners watched the performance of his workers very well. One problem I had was that they did not clean up the nails from my yard. I told the owner about that problem and they came back to clean up. Overall, they did a very good job on my new roof. My neighbors also used Castle Roofing and were satisfied.

The quoting was pretty good, could have been little more detailed,because I had to ask several of questions. They were very personable.

They are an excellent group of people. They did a great job on it.

Once contacted I received a timeply response from Dan. Set up an apointment to discuss work and for Dan to do a walk-through and provide an estimate. He was friendly and informative. Once we agreed on work and price, we scheduled the service and the work was done in one day. On-site workers cleaned up the area.

You WANT to hire Castle Roofing. After getting the hard sell and the runaround from other roofing companies, I called Castle on the advice of a friend. I can't say enough good things about the experience: no pressure -- just straight talk from the sales agent, a rep came to assess the damage within a couple of days, and the price was reasonable . The workers showed up as scheduled and finished the job in one day, very courteous and very neat -- cleaned up everything, leaving no trace that they'd been here. They did a beautiful job -- my house looks brand new. : )

We needed a new roof and gutters from hail damage earlier this year. We needed the job done quickly as we were selling our home. Caslte did a great job of completing the roof in a very short timeframe. The roofing team was very good. Great work and finished in 1.5 days. The gutter team was not nearly as good. They were a subcontractor due to the volume of gutter work Castle had in their backlog. The gutter team was very slow and we had to have them come back twice to fix mistakes. Castle has been responsive to any issues and they were fixed quickly, but the job shuld have been done right the first time. If you are having gutters done, make sure you get "real" Castle workers and not their subcontractors. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the sales person and the outcome of the job.

The contractor Rick was very professional when I spoke to him on the phone and when he came over to give me an estimate. However, it was a chore getting him to come over for that initial estimate. The office told me I slipped trough the cracks somehow and he didn't return my calls. Finally I called one last time and threatened to go elsewhere. When I met him for the estimate, he attributed the problem to their heavy workload but he finally came through. Very fair estimate and quality work. I would use them again.

My overall experience with them was good. I don't remember the price but it was high. I would contact them again in the future.

As it turned out, our old chimney had some design quirks--being that the house is over 100 years old. they were very good at problem solving and I was impressed with their care for detail.

They were very good. The workers were polite and hardworking. They are reliable, and they did everything they said they would do. The work holds up well.

Responed within 24 hrs. Roof hasn't leaked since the repair.

They were done real quick, didn't leave a mess and I didn't have any problems with them. The roof has been good since it has been put on.

They are really good! They did everything as promised. They did a beautiful job. They have done two roofs for me. The cleanup was great! Their time scheduling was as promised. Everything was great! I have never had any problems with them.

They came out and did a fine job with the results and we have no more leaks. Our yard was very clean after the work was done and I will use them again in the future.

After receiving and accepting bid, the next day a crew came out and removed roof. These were Spanish speaking workmen, but they were quick in removing and replacing roof. Although it was raining off and on during day, they arrived before 8 and had roof, vents on by 4:30. Only problem had was with insurance company and still not sure if they will pay for the wood on roof that had to be replaced. The new specs have a thicker wood, the old wood was deteriorated and had to be replaced. Because of this final bill was higher than estimate. May do without replacing top of Florida roof, if insurance co. does not pay. Mildew in up stair bed rooms may be fixed, again whether insurance co. will pay for. No estimate on this yet. When workers came they had tarps they put on house and yard. They threw shingles from roof on tarps on ground, and collected them and put in truck to take away. At end of day they ran over the yard with a magnetic roller to be sure there were no nails in yard.

They came with a big crew and finished the job in one day. They were here when they said they would be and worked quickly. They clean up was done in an efficient manner and I am pleased with the roof.

They actually do what they say their going to do and they put everything down in writing. No surprises and no lies like other companies. There is no, we found something else wrong so it will cost extra. Just honesty and I love it. I hope they continue to stick around for a very long time.

THEY DID ALL THEY CLEAN UP, AND TOOK CARE AROUND MY GARDENS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

THEY PAID GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD. THERE WAS A LITTLE MISCOMMUNICATION, BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE BETTER FOR ME. THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB.
