Description of Work: They installed a new roof.

Description of Work: They were prompt, professional and honest about the work to be done. We had a quite within a 2 days.

Description of Work: Were professional and did a very good job. Even fixed and extra part on roof that needed fix with out adding to the cost. All cleaned area well after finished.

Description of Work: Complete gutter replacement along with installation of aluminum flashing on all facia. Workmanship was outstanding and all expectations met or exceeded. I would recommend Castle for any related project as they are professional and responsive.

Description of Work: Mike was the salesman/roofer that I worked with through the entire project, he was helpful, prompt & understanding~ we had a couple issues that he worked out professionally. The roof was a 2 layer a tear off, some repairs & re-roofed on my mothers house. I was in charge of handling everything and Mike was great! He's the go to guy, he even took 'off' hours phone calls; he was aware of my hectic work schedule...Thanks

Description of Work: I Received a cold call from this vendor. Probably from some inquiries that I had made to CertainTeed about one of their siding products. Although he never really did say specifically what the source of his cold call was. Anyway, I was right in the middle of something else when he called and not able to get access to a pad and pencil, so I asked him to email me his contact information and any information about his companies credentials that he thought was noteworthy. Anyway, its been a few days and I haven't received anything. Too bad because I am looking for some services to be done, but based on the non-response I probably won't pursue this vendor further. When I saw this vendor on Angie's List I was also concerned that every review seemed to reflect the work of a different crew. Being a larger company is fine, since there are likely deeper pockets in the event of a problem, but the quality of the work usually reflects the skill and work ethic of the crew, so hard to draw correlation from the reviews data. Anyway, I didnt know this vendor was on Angie's List at the time of the call. But I am not impressed with their follow-up.

Description of Work: removed my whole roof and put on another-- Excellent job, workers very neat, and polite

Description of Work: Job consisted of hail damage repair for roof, siding, and window trim. Castle was very responsive and called back in a reasonable time every time I called with questions. They explained the entire insurance process and help to calm our fears during a stressful process. Once the crews showed up to do the work, they were very efficient (due to the size of the work crew), cleaned up after themselves.
