Tom's service is OUTSTANDING. The carpet looked great when he finished. One area had oil stains and he was able to get them out, you can't tell there was ever a stain there. He did more than I expected. I can't say enough good things about him. He certainly is the one I'll call when I have carpet that needs cleaning. and rest assured I plan to tell my friends about him. Tom did a great job. He took the extra effort in trying to remove a few stains on my carpet. Most came out but some turned out to be carpet fiber breakdown (carpet is 8 yrs old). He also cleaned both sides of the cushions, all sides of the chair and couch (this includes the back)! I had had scheduling issues when I first purchased the Deal but Tom was very accommodating to postpone for several weeks until I called back. He was able to fit me into his schedule two days later. He arrived early in his time window but did not call first. I give Tom a "4" for Professionalism due to several phone calls he responded to while servicing my house. I think this impacted his overall time but not quality. The bottom line is Tom did a great job and I will be using his services next year.

We purchased a Deal. We moved most of the little things and small furniture out of the rooms and then moved the big furniture around as Mr. Byrge did all the carpet in each room. That allowed Mr. Byrge to clean unobstructed, which he seened to like. He was quick. He went over the heavy traffic areas several times. Small plastic sheets were provided for us to put under furniture with wood legs. Dried in about 4 hours. Note: it is an extra charge for Mr. Byrge to move furniture. Good Job.

I had more square footage than the coupon accounted for, so Mr. Byrge and I agreed on a per square foot price. Even though he has a truck mount system, the carpets dried VERY QUICKLY--in just a few hours. Most truck mounts take overnight or so. He called beforehand to let me know he was running about 1/2 hour behind, which was okay with me. He finished in the amount of time he said he would. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Dayton area.

He was very polite and did a very nice job. The carpeting is very light colored, and cleaned up nicely. They look better than ever!

I have been using their services for about six years. He has his own equipment in his truck and doesn’t have to hook up to my water supply. They have always done a great job!

The carpets have never looked better. He told me he was going to take extra time to get the water out and he did. The carpets were dry in a few hours. He worked hard and steadily.

After a bit of a scheduling mix up - which very well may have been my fault - they made a special trip to my house to provide service on the day I requested. I was satisfied with the quality of service. Tom, the owner, was friendly and professional. He asked me not to say that he talked too much, but that wouldn't be true. He was a nice man and provided good service.

Mr. Byrge was running a little late due to the job before us, however he called to keep us updated. He's extremely friendly and hard working. He did an excellent job on all the items he cleaned. The loveseat was really dirty and he made it look almost new. One of the chairs he cleaned was not in the price he quoted me as I asked him at the end if he thought he could do anything with the cushions, otherwise we were probably going to pitch them. He did a great job of cleaning it......I'll get another year of use out of it now. Since I had the check already written he didn't charge me for those cushions. Then on his way out, he cleaned the 6'x10' mat on our covered front porch. He said he didn't want us dragging in dirt from it onto the clean carpets.......wow, that's service. He was careful with all the furniture and had a self-contained truck. I would definitely have him do our carpets/furniture again and would highly recommend him.

We have used several carpet cleaners over the past. No more! Tom will be our carpet cleaner forevermore!! Consumate professional and extremely likeable person. Literally, our carpet looked like new when he left which has never been the case with previous cleaners. He got out stains (primarily from our dogs) that no one else had really touched. Stayed 3 hours compared to the one hour (plus) that has been our experience with others in the past. Simply, can't say enough good things about Tom and his services. Use him - you will be happy you did.

Byrge was running a little late in the morning but he called me to let me know, which I really apperciate because I'm not just left wondering if my appointment slipped through the cracks. Byrge was very friendly and got rid of every stain in the carpet even the grape juice stains from the toddler! The job didn't take long to do at all and the few pieces of furniture that we didn't have moved and ready he moved by himself without saying a word. I would recommend Byrge to anyone and I would use him again!

The cleaner/owner arrived just a few minutes late; no big deal. However, he monopolized me with chat for easily the first 45 minutes he was there. I admittedly am not good at cutting people short. He went so far as to show me photos of his dog, his collectibles, etc, on his phone, all while telling me that he talks too much and that I was probably wanted him to stop talking. I did want him to stop talking but politeness is too deeply ingrained so I didn't say so. Finally, he went out to his van to pull in the extractor and began the cleaning. However, soon there were strong exhaust fumes coming in from the vehicle...they smelled like lighter fluid or something and hung in the air of the house for the next two days before dispersing. I have dogs and there were several piddle stains that I was hoping would come up. I have successfully gotten them up temporarily with my little $99 Bissel light water cleaner (not even a steam cleaner), but this professional cleaner was not able to even temporarily remove them. He was, however, able to get out a rust stain from a metal filing cabinet. After the cleaner was finished and he left, I noticed a wet spot on my driveway. I thought it was just water from the extractor, but it did not "dry". I realized it must be oil or some other fluid from his vehicle. No one else parks in that spot, not even me. I emailed the cleaner about it and he said he would "see what he could do about it" but that was about two weeks ago and I haven't heard from him since. Needless to say, I would not hire him again.

Provider was rude and inconsiderate... He expressed his disappointed with the way Angie's list does things...I told him I didn't work for the company.

Tom did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very up front about the process and provided a detailed quote and explanation. He did a very thorough job and offered to come back if any stains reappeared. A couple of small stains resurfaced and Tom returned as promised and took care of them. Tom didn't make promises he couldn't or wouldn't keep. If you are looking for the cheapest and fastest then Tom might not be your guy (the first time I had my carpets cleaned they were in an out in less than an hour (not Tom's company) and Tom spent over two hours and I could tell the difference) but if you are looking for a great service at a reasonable and fair price then call him.

Arrived on time was extremely friendly and professional . He got to work and took his time to do a good job.. Was very pleased with work done.

Tom did a great job on my furniture. We have 4 dogs and they use our couches a lot. Tom got the stink and fur out of them. I had a small closet that our cat had had an accident in and asked him if he would have time to do that too. He said no problem and charged me a VERY modest fee AND more importantly he got the stink out! I had tried many many different products that hadn't worked completely, and he even told me his secret, so I could use it myself. (You'll have to call and ask him if you want it too!) Great service at 2/3 the cost everywhere else had quoted me!

My appointment time was 9am. Although the provider was late for the appointment, he did a very good job and took his time to clean the upholstery, and cleaned up any extra water that had made it on the carpet during the upholstery cleaning process. In addition to his services, he did a little clean up on two spots that get lots of foot traffic. Very kind gentleman and the price was great. Thank you.

Tom Byrge was one of the nicest people I have ever hired to do any work in my home. He explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job. I had purchased a Living Social and it was a fantastic deal. I will be calling him back to do the bedrooms in my home after the holidays. I had never had carpet cleaning before and was very impressed at how my carpeting looks almost new again. Great service!

Tom Byrge is a one man wrecking crew! We had him come out to the house after getting a coupon for him off of living social. He came out the next day after my wife had called him. When he showed up he measured all of the rooms in the house and gave me a break out of what each room cost and the total cost. The only thing I wasn't going to have him do was the second set of steps we have leading down to our basement but after agreeing to do the whole house he threw in the steps! When I say he is a one man wrecking crew I mean it. He cleaned 6 rooms 1 hallway and two sets of steps by himself. He even went back through the family room (biggest room in the house) a second time because of the shape it was in. After he was done e said if we weren't happy with any of the rooms in the house the next day to let him know and he would come back and do them again. The next day the rooms looked great. Tom even called to make sure we were happy with the way they looked. Talk about service!
