At Byrge, we have the best extractor wand on the market today and we take the necessary time to extract the water from your carpet reducing the drying time to a few short hours. Byrge technicians never use soap! Soap is an oil based product and designed to extract grease and dirt of any kind from what it touches. This is the reason carpet gets dirty so quick again after cleaning. The soap residue on your carpet extracts the grease and dirt from your shoes. Companies that use liquid soaps CANNOT extract all of the soap from your carpet. Our cleaner is not a liquid product; it is a granule that we mix every day before we start. We also add a brightener to your carpet that works as a conditioner restoring the shine and luster to even old carpet. Description of Work: Good fast service. At this price,I didn't figure moving of furniture would be done. But it was!! |Great FAST service. He was VERY thorough and made sure I understood the service and the after-care. |In addition, I did an 'add-on' for 2 pieces of uphooulstery in addtion to the carpet cleaning for the special price!

You also told me that the couch I cleaned had been setting in your sons garage for 2 years, so I can not understand your negative review. Please believe that I know I can not please everyone. I pride myself in keeping notes on my time with customers. I am sorry you were not pleased and I am also sorry it took you over a month to realize that you were not satisfied. I never forget to tell my customers that if you are not satisfied with anything I have cleaned, PLEASE call me, I will not put you on hold, I will be back right away to clean again. Description of Work: Our experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning by Byrge Carpet Cleaning was excellent. I called his company in response to an ad that appeared in Angie's List for cleaning one sofa and one chair. Our sofa is WHITE, so this was quite a challenge but results were entirely satisfactory. We didn't have a chair that needed steam cleaning so I asked if he could do the steps and one room upstairs (again white carpet) and asked for an estimate. It was a fair price and affordable and results were wonderful. He was able to completely remove the spots on the carpet that I thought were a lost cause. I advise people not to try using store rental equipment, which could not possibly do what we had done by this professional. For us the key was Byrge's flexibility to do exactly what we needed done. I think this was in part because it is his own company rather than dealing with a workman who was hired by a franchise. Please note Byrge does not work on week-ends.
