Excellent. Response time was amazing - there was someone at my house less than two hours after I called. I called from work, and they gave me a call back as someone was headed to my house, so I was able to meet the technician shortly after he arrived. (He beat me there!) The technician was very professional and found the problem right away, which was a loose valve on the compressor outside. He fixed the valve, checked the furnace inside and recharged the coolant in less than an hour.

They were very friendly and really made sure we understood everything we were doing. My only complaint was that when it stopped working a second time, it was a weekend and they wanted to charge after hour rates. We decided to wait until Monday. I think we should have been able to get a return visit on the weekend without being charged premium rates.

They were courteous from the very first visit, both the salesman to the installer. Excellent job. As for price, could be a bit high, but i did get a 10 year warranty which i think of as an insurance policy... anything goes wrong, it gets fixed for free. And that is definitely worth the extra I might have been charged.

Heat wasn't coming out of the vents and we thought the furnace had died. Luckily Butler Heating and Air Conditioning came out the day I called and replaced the blower for the furnace. It didn't take long for the house to get warm. Their technician was kind and courteous. He knew exactly what to look for and repaired the problem in no time.

The man that came out was very professional and paid lots of attention to detail. He showed me drawings of how big of a unit I would need and he even measured the upstairs. I think if I had to pick someone right now it would definitely be Butler because they made me feel so comfortable.

We are very pleased with the work that Butler Heating & A/C did for us. They were very professional and courteous when we were doing business with them. They gave us an estimate and charged us exactly what they had estimated.

Butler's serviceman was on time and performed only the needed service to get our system ready for this year's heating season. The inside customer service representative phoned ahead the day of the service call to let us know when to expect the serviceman. Very satisfied this transaction.

THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND CAREFUL. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE FAST BUT RIGHT. I HAVE HAD OTHER WORK DONE FROM THEM BEFORE. I HAVE TOLD OTHERS ABOUT THEM.

BUTLER IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY, AND I'D HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A SECOND. THE WORKERS ARE NICE AND VERY POLITE, AND THEY USUALLY DO NOT HAVE TO BE REMINDED TO SHOW UP.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT SELL YOU ANYTHING THAT IS NOT NEEDED. THEY DO A GOOD JOB ON INSPECTING EVERYTHING AND ARE NEAT AND CLEAN. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.

THEY ARE RESPONSIVE WHEN YOU CALL AND IF AN EMERGENCY WILL COME WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME. THEY ARE AWARE OF YOUR HOME AND ARE VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY WORK. SOMETIMES WE GET THE SAME SERVICE MAN AND WE LIKE THAT.

BUTLER HEATING AND AC DID A GOOD JOB ON MY FURNACE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT. THEY REALLY DID A FINE JOB, HOWEVER, I FEEL THEY OVERPRICED A LITTLE FOR THE TYPE OF WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED.
